Draalush, the dragon gets an attack of opportunity off on you for the ranged attack. it misses
the dragon full attacks Adriala again and hits with a claw for 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 damage
Haashik, next round the cart will be out of sight from you due to the caravan still moving. you need to take a move action keep within range and an acrobatics check to prevent from being prone
ROUND 3
Samias will move off of the cart provoking an attack, he is missed. and shoots 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 101d10 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 for a miss
Adriala attacks again 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 172d4 + 9 ⇒ (4, 4) + 9 = 17 and gouges a piece of it's shoulder and back off

Okay I am missing something here. The cart that just released the horses is the one coming to a stop with the party on it, which was in front of me right?
Hashik tried to stick the landing getting off the wagon.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
”Oh gods bless it!”

that is correct Hashik, but you failed the check, so you fall prone.
you are using a crossbow so you do still get to attack. with Draalush off the wagon now, the AC penalty disappears.1d20 + 8 - 4 ⇒ (6) + 8 - 4 = 101d8 ⇒ 8 you miss
on the dragon's turn it takes a withdraw action swiftly into the air. it's now around 250 ft. away from everybody. thoroughly out of spell range
ROUND 4
Adriala flips it the bird as it flies off
Samias takes one last shot with the crossbow in the second range increment, 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 9 - 2 = 181d10 ⇒ 3. and hits
edit: forgot bless for one of the rolls
I believe only Draalush has a chance to attack it now, at a range penalty of - 6

Hashik lays in the dirt in defeat for a bit.
”Well that sucked. I am learning new spells as soon as possible.”

Hashik is furiously dusting off his clothing.
”I am fine, but my starched whites most definitely are not! Gods free me of this endless wasteland.”
He wipes down his scimitar and gathers the rest of his belongings.
”But then again we did just drive off a dragon, so I’d say we are rather magnificent.”, he smiles, rather smugly.
Hashik internally though is beginning to wonder if the small fortune they had found was actually a tiny dragons hoard. His mind calculated the cost of having such an enemy.
”If it returns be ready to kill it. Everyone with a bow must stand ready.”

            Karla dusts herself off.
well, if we had to fight a dragon, at leat it was a little one. Stories I have heard say they can be bigger than a house.
She looks up.
shame about the horse

you make your way after the dragon attack and you start to see looted caravans full of dried out corpses
1 day after the dragon attack a straw filled scarecrow figure just lands on top of your cart. missing Adriala by inches. there is a flapping silhouette streaking away from the caravan straight up

Hashik the Dancer

            ”That little bastard!”
Hashik eyeballs the straw man.
”What’s with the scarecrow? You think it’s diseased, poisoned or animated?”
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
”Crap! Get that thing off the cart before he sets it on fire!”

Karla Firemane

            damn dragon!
perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
If the dragon (or whatever flying thing it was) is in range, Karla will magic missile it.
magic missile: 2d4 + 2 ⇒ (1, 3) + 2 = 6
If she cannot, then mage armour on herself.

Hashik the Dancer

Hashik goes to his companions and speaks in a whisper.
”I am worried we have taken this dragons hoard. Why else would he be targeting our cart so specifically? What do we do about this magical scarecrow? Can we set it alight?”

Karla Firemane

How can we have its hoard? More likely it's trying to expand its hoard. As for the scarecrow thing, get away from everyone and I'll try to burn it up

Hashik the Dancer

”Adriana, Samias, keep any eye on the cart this might be a diversion!”
Wil: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 +4 vs performances
”Ooooooohh poop! It’s about to go sideways.”
init: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

            Adriala 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Samias 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Karla already won the initiative for everyone
ROUND 1
Samias is driving and Adriala is riding on the side of the cart both of which are currently chugging along with the flow of the caravan
I'm gonna assume a fairly spread out formation for the rest of you
Samias asks "what the hell is going on back there?"
everyone else except Draalush is fascinated by this suddenly animate scarecrow. no actions allowed. standard action to shake someone out of it

DM_Smiles

the scarecrow moves up and tries to punch Karla with it's comically flimsy arms, but just manages to graze the top of your hair
this snaps Hashik out of it
ROUND 2
the cart is now 60 feet away
Adriala giggles at you
Samias yells out "DO YOU NEED ME TO TURN THIS THING AROUND? I'M KINDA IN A CARAVAN AT THE MOMENT."
a side effect of combat in chunks is gonna be that if you have a condition but are shaken out of it you still have it for the whole turn. but this goes for enemies too.
another thing in the interest of expediency if there's something that happens in the middle of you turn that requires a save I'll just roll that save

Draalûsh

            Round 2
"MAYBE!" shouts back to Samias.
"A TORCH WOULD BE REALLY HANDY. THIS SCARECROW HAS KARLA AND ADRIALA UNDER SOME SORT OF SPELL"
[/b]Hashik! Got anything to burn that scarecrow with?[/b]
With that, Draalûsh casts a spell at the scarecrow: « ٹھنڈی ایسڈ کی کرن » . . "ray of frost (acid)", in kelish
ray of frost (acid): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18
damage: 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Hashik the Dancer

”Standback! It’s time to turn up the heat!”
Hashik unleashes burning hands on the construct.
Burning Hands: 4d4 ⇒ (4, 4, 3, 3) = 14
”Burn mothertrucker!”

DM_Smiles

gonna assume you 5 ft stepped away
the scarecrow looks between Karla and Hashik, but keeps going after Karla. it 5 ft steps forward, threatening Karla and Draalush now, and attacks twice. bouncing off of Karla's magical defenses.
ROUND 3
Samias starts to heavily veer off of the caravan in an arc and is now 30 ft away. 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Adriala clings on to the cart and shrieks in delight.
