I got you DM_Smiles, Hashik is just interjecting himself thinking this is his sword delivery, because after all its is nearly all about him. If you want to say that never happened that is fine, just let me know.

”Yaaaasss! This is great. Will you be needing the rest of that thing in the wagon now?”

”You said it brother! She’s just so, so . . . abrasive.”
Hashik watches her leaving, but something catches his eye.
”Hey look at that guy.”
The dancer goes over to Jarek.
”Hey man! You’re an Oread right?! Far out! You don’t see many of your kind around here. Come over and get a drink. Have you been in town long?”

"Crap, I was hoping you were a local that knows the lay of the land and your way around town."
Hashik looks a bit disappointed, but then his frown widens into a devilish grin.
"Ah! But, failing that, since you just got into town . . ."
The dark skinned human dancer leans in to be a bit more discrete.
" . . . do you know of a place for someone who wants to be out of town can get to? Like OUT of town out of town. I'm talking abut getting back to the old continent here."
Hashik licks his lips and snatches a few glances around at the shadowed corners of the room.
I'm operating on an assumption that since you are an Oread that you are a transplant here in Sargava. IF you can get me, well, us, outta here---I'd be much obliged."
he looks about again.
"We are looking at avoid the Consortium."
His eyes grow more intense as he looks into the Oread's gem colored eyes.
"You are too."
Hashik leans back a large smile playing across his face with a loki-like gleem in his eyes.
"This is gonna be great. Welcome to the group."
He waves to the serving wench.
"Shoot, I don't even know what you like to drink yet. Ha! I don't even know your name."
The dancer giggles.
"Mine is currently Hashik, what do you go by?"

about 3 weeks ago most of the docks district burnt down keeping the Aspis workers stranded here and the supply ships from landing. about 50 of the 300 man garrison have been killed in the rioting since. most of the remaining are out on patrols contantly, so almost any indoors place is safe from the regular guard force. one part of the city has been sectioned off to house the workers and that has the most guards in it.

I'll assume the night passes. the morning comes and there seems to be a military force blockading the road against a mob of commoners. people are talking and yelling loud enough to make anything out difficult.

Hashik goes to where the wagons are.
"Can someone let us barrow a horse that we might purchase at the full retail price later. It appears that my company and I should join you all in a prudent exit while we still have our capital and wares."

”Did those doomed carivans have salt pork? We were looking for gold not food. Where can we get food and attract a dragon? Anyone feeling me on this?”
