Would you like me to take you through character creation or provide pre-gens for what you've already done in the original game?
Yes, we will be keeping our toys, classes, and special tree from The Silver Prince.
I will be running Doc as an NPC for now. Right now the only additional player I wouldn't mind adding would be if The Silver Prince wanted to join in.

Unamatrix Zero |

Oh, you want us to recreate. Personally, I vote not to but if you insist that is fine.
In addition, as stated on the previous post, I do have access to MS .doc and .docx products.

Dr. Guthrak Olafson PhD |

Character creation works a bit differently in my system, but if you would rather stick to the Pathfinder character setups, I can tack on a few complimentary elements of my system.
To keep the game going, lets start with the Pathfinder+Silver Prince set.
Here and there I will toss in bits of my own rule sets, between that and the beta version you can decide what system to continue the game in.
This will give me time to compile and flesh out some of the basics and setup examples based on our charachters.
A few core themes from my system:
All power comes from somewhere.
All power has a price.
Any action or inaction will have consequences.

You were awarded 50PP as well. Did you want all three special items from Mugalow? Was there anything else FIDO would acquire? Don't worry about carrying capacity, Doc and the others will help FIDO transport it.
Yes, sir, I will notate it all. I thought I already did. Thank you.

Unamatrix Zero |

Ok, here is what I sift out of the Old Gameplay. I placed it at the end of my character sheet since it is pending.
1. Plasma Rifle - Not sure what the stats were on this.
2. The Noisy "Cricket" - Stats below
3. Laser Pistol to upgrade FIDO - Not the sure of the exact upgrade details were.
4. 30 PPs (-20 from below)
a. Glowing hexagonal object of silvery metal with a glowing blue core the color of the sky. This is an arcane power core, which Unamatrix will need soon, because "his" power reserves are operating on emergency capacity, meaning it has around a week's worth of time before "he" powers down.
b. Optic lens array which Unamatrix will need since its previous lens system was broken by Splitear Wilk's bandits when they took a pot shot at what they thought was a broken robot. Without this, Unamatrix will have to rely on Fido's sensors to see, which has a split second lag in data transfer which could be detrimental in combat.
c. And the third item is an ancient memory codex crystal that looks like a cone made out of a highly reflective metal. These ancient devices were used in the Mage Wars to store important information.
The prices on the items are as follows: arcane power core-5PP, optic lens array-2PP, and memory codex-13PP for a total of 20PP.
The Noisy Cricket: Yes, I did make a reference to the Men in Black movie lol. The Noisy Cricket is a laser weapon, weighing 1 pound. When fired, the gun lets out a loud chirping noise audible within 200ft. and let's out a massive blast of energy, hitting every opponent in a 20ft. line for 8d4 points of laser damage, allowing a Reflex save for half damage (See the Phlogiston Cannon above for how to calculate the DC,). The force of the shot, however has a chance of knocking the user down, resolving as a bull rush attempt made against the user with a roll of 30. Even of the user is not knocked down, the gun must still recharge for 1d4 rounds after the shot. The gun has unlimited ammunition due to it's strange design. Laser damage is listed on the site, I believe, but if it is not, let me know and I'll copy it for you verbatim.

Laser Pistol Upgrade:(This is per Guthrak)
FIDO can apply any/all of the following feats when using his laser eye:
Weapon Focus (Laser Eye), Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Deadly Aim (special see below), Rapid Shot
FIDO can use one feat per round at no penalty. It takes no action to change the feat(s).
For each feat beyond the first there is a risk of overloading his laser eye, risking potential system damage and requiring a cooldown period before he can fire again.
---Eye Laser Overheating Chart--
1 Feat: 0 Cooldown
2 Feats: 1d2-1 Rounds of Cooldown
3 Feats: 1d3-1 Rounds of Cooldown
4 Feats: 1d4-1 Rounds of Cooldown, 1d2-1 Rounds of Staggered
5 Feats: 1d6-1 Rounds of Cooldown, 1d3-1 Rounds of Staggered, 1d2-1 Rounds of 2d6 Fire Damage
6 Feats: 1d8-1 Rounds of Cooldown, 1d4-1 Rounds of Staggered, 1d3-1 rounds of 2d6 Fire damage, 1d2-1 rounds of Stunned
7 Feats: 1d10-1 Rounds of Cooldown, 1d6-1 Rounds of Staggered, 1d4-1 Rounds of 2d6 Fire damage, 1d3-1 rounds of Stunned, 1d2-1 rounds of Unconscious
Deadly Aim (Overcharging)- FIDO can take up to -3 on his to-hit rolls and add +1d6 Fire Damage to all shots fired this round per -1 taken. Each -1 taken counts as a separate feat for the overheating chart above.
Effects are cumulative, and ignore energy resistance and construct/robot immunities.
The first round of any fire damage is taken immediately after resolving FIDO's firing/attacks for the round. Then at the start of each of his turns.
Any cold damage taken by FIDO while overheated reduces rounds of all effect by one round per point of cold damage.
Some spells and hot/cold environments may adjust the durations/table. This can be discovered via play.

Very fair at this level and of course that isn't the case until he is upgraded.

Dr. Guthrak Olafson PhD |

If you want that installed on FIDO between Mugalow, Doc, and a couple of mechanics from town they will do so as part of the reward.
If you would like to do so, give me a d20 roll to check for critical failure or success.
Or if you want to roleplay out this part we can take it to the game play section.

Unamatrix Zero |

Let's role play it in Gameplay since not everyone has reported in yet. But of course the next day morning will be better.

Unamatrix Zero |

Thank you Silver Prince! I hope all is well or getting better.
Happy Belated 4th!
Except Araden, we have not heard from the others. I hope that is not sign of things to come.

Doc, I formatted the maps in Paint and pasted them into the PowerPoint. I also stripped down NPC stats some to allow you leeway in case you wanted to build them a certain way. Nothing major or anything, just instead of giving the skills I put them with, I just put their 'optimal skills', which is to say the skills I envision them having more ranks in. Almost done with the document, which is almost 60 slides thus far. Also, exceptional job on FIDO's upgrades! Better even than I had planned.
Unamatrix, you're very welcome and yes, things are much better. Still slightly hectic, but at least I've had my Internet back for the past week or so! The other players might not have heard of this new game. You guys could try PM'ing them to see if they are interested.

Dr. Guthrak Olafson PhD |

I woud like to keep it one Charachter per Player.
If I do not hear from the other two soon, then I could open up one spot for now if you guys wanted me to.
Here are some other options to keep the game moving:
Option 1.) FIDO and Araden go after Unimatrix's body by themselves.
Justification: Scouts have reported more movement of mutant gnolls or other threats to the town. Doc, Volk, and Imak remain at town to help defend it.
Advantage: Quicker Play and Travel, plus we get Unimatrix online sooner.
Drawback: Very Dangerous
Option 2.)FIDO, Araden, NPC Doc, and NPC Townsfolkperson go after Unimatrix 0.
Advantage:Safer
Disadvantage: Slower travel time, also the town is less defended should anything happen while you are way.
Option 3.) Something else you guys come up with that sounds fun and reasonable.
What do you think?
BTW the encounters and what is out there is already pretty set, the world is not adjusted to party level.

Unamatrix Zero |

I like Option 2. If we need to retake the town, then so be it ... :-)
I was looking at Araden and he has no stealth so it would be really dangerous for Fido and/or him.

Unamatrix Zero |

Chirp ... chirp ... chirp ...

Dr. Guthrak Olafson PhD |

LOL
I have been waiting on the Silver Princes material. As this is taking a bit longer than anticipated (no pressure SP I will roll it in whem you are done), let us press forward with the game.
The consensus is to press on wih just the two main playes and a couple of NPC's.
There is enough for me to build off to tie in my own material.

Unamatrix Zero |

We can post but I think Araden is out at camp or something like that?

Unamatrix Zero |

I take it we are dead?

Unamatrix Zero |

I am still interested.

Unamatrix Zero |

cool beans, like a good robot (neighbor), standing by in an idle state.

Unamatrix Zero |

I am still here, I just placed my character in inactive status because the Campaign thread did the same.

Unamatrix Zero |

Hey there guys! Finally navigated here for character creation!
What sort of character role would you guys prefer I play? If no one has any preference, I will likely play something REALLY outlandish, as befitting the Mana Wastes!
SP play what will make you happy.

I was playing Batman Arkham Origins earlier and was inspired by the Joker. I would like to play a Magpie, from the Necropunk campaign setting. Now obviously social combat would have to be replaced with traditional CHA skills (Thinking Bluff and Intimidate, since Magpie's are crazy!) and PPI would have to be cut out (Only one reference on a talent in the whole class' ability list,), but otherwise the character class adheres to PF rules.
Basically, my character would be a bat-sh!t crazy lunatic who can see, and manipulate, the strands of luck due to the strange, symbiotic fish creature he swallowed. He is a complete and utter nihilist, forever amused at puerile, pointless nature of reality. He is a genius, a prophet, a hero, a villain, a victim, and a madman, all at once, a multifaceted trickster who craves excitement and chaos, in other words the perfect adventurer!
Just letting everyone know, if Doc allows me to use this character, be prepared for some laughs because I will be roleplaying my character's 'tics' in a highly amusing fashion! I will bring the crazy Fallout humor!

Unamatrix Zero |

Go for it! :-)

Divinitus |

Doc, I am going to stat the character up in a bit in case you do allow it! Magpie's are great, because they are 'dice manipulaters' and that is VERY useful in combat. Add to that the fact the character can spend D'jek points (Class feature similar to Ki points,) to essentially make enemies have 'accidents', dealing massive damage to one enemy or a pretty good amount to several (And not damaging party members at the same time!).
If you are adverse to this class, Doc, I will probably play an arcane caster with the Primalist archetype from Inner Sea Magic (Can't remember if it's a Sorceror or Wizard,), just to fit the theme of the 'fortune's fool' type character (The Primalist's Primal Surge supersedes the Mana Waste's effects on magic, but has a crazy random table of it's own!).

Unamatrix Zero |

Merry Christmas to all and to all a Goodnight!
Or, Happy Holidays if you prefer!
