@ Lutha, not at this time. You are working with a Cabal, so you are not flying solo like that. Story wise the Watch Captain is going to ask for your input because the council is locked on which to pursue, so your input will be the deciding factor. That is not always going to be the case.

Ah, well. It was a good plan at least, save one fatal flaw: it didn't work.
Does the Watch Captain have any musings on the situation that could clarify things a bit? What would the mission be if we went to the council? What of the good lady? Would we actually be able to do real damage to her organization or could she just squirm out of it since her husband has clout and she's our main benifactor?

I wanted to apologize for my abrupt absence these last few days. My life became a little busy with work and looking for a place to move. I had it in my head that after I had missed the 48 hour deadline to post I had been kicked from the campaign.

You wont be kicked from the campaign after 48 hours, I might kick you from a Mission at most, but there isn't a lot of people lining up to take your place or anything. The simulation might take 2 days to complete before the next official mission is up.

ok I went back and added it all up for you guys
using the table on pg 58 you start at 13000. I have given you all 2,250 xp(some individuals might have 50 more) Mission 1 600, Mission 2 450 Mission 3 1200 for a total of 15,250. Once you get 17,000 you will be rank 2. Which will probably be after this next mission.
Is our time with the Inquisitor being spent alone, as part of a group, or can we choose?

Probably together as the Inquisitor's time is precious, though if you need additional tutoring he might assign an acolyte to the task.

With regards to Requisition for the mission to Phyrr, 200 Req gives us about 30 each, with a few left over for team kit. For my portion, I'd like to get a Deathwatch Suspensor (25 Req), or, if one isn't available, a Motion Predictor (20 Req).

I'm putting my remaining 9 req back into the pool. Can we acquire the item that the Lord Inquisitors retinue were using? Most of the creatures we have met up until know have had some Psyker ability and it would be nice to be able to see them.

You could probably ask the Lord Inquisitor since you have good report with him. Roll a charm test, if you pass you can requisition a psycollum for 10req.
Once you get to Scintilla the entire Cabal's vault will be open to you with some additional items from Ordo Malleus and Hereticus as well as things usually reserved for the Ecclesiarch and Arbites.
Actually I'm also going to requisition a Pict-Recorded (5) and run it during the entirety of the mission. That should cover our bases in case we find some physical evidence we can't otherwise bring back.

I really do suggest that we all take the Astartes Harnesses, theya re only 4 requisition and give a +30 to climb checks. If we fail we don't fall. I think it would be important for this mission since it includes such a large, scale-able, building.

I would not say its "safe" to use explosives you are not trained for. Possibilities for mishaps exist.
I don't think we are anywhere close to 200 req yet. Lucian, I think we can afford that plasma cannon if you wanted to pick it up.

The Astartes Harness is a good idea, might have to climb up the side of the building if we can't otherwise get in, and for 4 Req it's pretty good.
I forgot about the Medusa-pattern plasma cannon, it'd be 30 Req though even at half price because it's master-crafted. Although it's only single shot, it's Blast 1 and Volatile and Pen 10, so it might be worth it against armoured positions. I do like the heavy bolter though, seeing as the damage output on Full Auto is pretty good, and I can Suppressive Fire with it.
I'll go with the Plasma Cannon I think, try it out.

Well I can't get the laser attachment without the gun. Do we get refunded the req if we don't receive the requested item? Cause if not I literally have no inventory other than standard weaponry for this mission, which would piss me off pretty badly. The demo charges were just something I saw that was useful that I wanted to drop a couple points in.

There is only one tower left brother lutha took one out. You could run into the building, but taking out the tower does assist Col Folken's Stormtroopers holding your cordon on the outside.

Did we bring any kind of healing supplies? After that big AoE hit the heretics did on us when we landed. Tellemachus has like 3 wounds left..
None of us have Medicae anyways. The only drugs we have are the ones in our armor. You can drop a fate point to pick up some extra health. Otherwise Col Folken may be able to provide a medicus temporarily.
I also recommend not taking point with so few wounds remaining.
Did you apply your armor and toughness reductions to it?
Pen 10 cuts right through the armor and TB 8 takes it down to a mighty 20 wounds of damage if I'm tracking it all correctly. So yeah, he'd have like 3 wounds left.
