Numeria has a long history of mystery and wonder buried under its rugged landscape, for on that one fateful night thousands of years ago, the Rain of Stars scarred the land. The fragmented remnants of a ship from beyond the stars fell from the sky, scattering strange technological ruins and deadly perils across the land. Today, these sites are feared by the barbaric tribes and coveted by the sinister spellcasters of the Technic League. Yet something worse than brutish berserker or super-science wizards has risen to power in these hidden technological ruins.
Something stirs in the shadows of Numeria and unless someone figures it out the whole world could be in danger.
Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.

if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."

Catching the look from Alvoise, Henric nods, rubbing his chin and thinking, his mind bubbling like an alembic. With the cloak, it would have been hard to tell the girl's proportions - a 12-year-old human girl would have a very different figure to an adult halfling woman; an elf would be slender no matter the age; a dwarf would be stockier again...

I don't know if I can, but I'd like to make some kind of check to "put the pieces together", so to speak, and find out if we're looking for a human child or an adult member of a smaller race. "Scrapwall is a location, a 3-mile-long wreckage of a metal "house/vessel" similar to what we got out of. According to the saying, it fell to Golarion thousands of years ago during the event known as the "Rain of Stars". It lies in eastern Numeria on the Sellen River, south of the port city of Chesed."
Jayla doesn't exclude the current risks of venturing there.

So are we assuming that the shopping trip has happened off-screen and we're going to see the mayor? Or are we resting? Or playing out interactions at the store? We seem to be going in several different directions at once right now.
Think we just stop off at the blacksmith on our way to mayor once we setup for the night at Green Table. Don't think it is needed to RP the buying and selling of items, can so that in discussion thread.
Yes while I have an npc for the blacksmith and he can be a source of information his prices are just the book prices and he doesn't negotiate much. Just buy what you want and we can proceed.
You ask for directions to fine the mayor and find yourselves being pointed to a fortified keep. You approach the keep and see a pair of guards watching the entrance.

It's a shame inflict light wounds isn't on the alchemist/investigator formula list. If it was, I could make them at half cost, with my full caster level. Unless the GM wants to houserule it?
Henric appears to still be unsteady on his feet as the group approaches the keep.
Remember, we still need to get Henric and Raskir cured of that con drain at some point.
As they made their way to take baths Xaikon only hoped that there was a tub large enough to also allow her wings to fit into the tub for easier cleaning. She enjoyed soaking the tub for a while her clothes hung to dry.
Once they finished getting themselves more presentable, she quickly went into Osgood's shop to buy a few needed items.
Xaikon walks besides Valeria, as they make their way to the see the major, she looked about, particularly looking at the architecture of the buildings, as the human settlements building were rather different to Strix in design and features.

Cool beans! I'll say that I've purchased the necessary reagents to make a potion of CLW with 25 of my own 50 gp, and if Alvoise wants inflict potions, I can provide them as well. I'll do the brewing when we get the downtime.

How much will it cost to cure the constitution damage? Alvoise will chip into a fund to heal Henric and Raskir. Thanks DireMerc for allowing the inflict light wounds potion. 25 gp to a "con fund" and 25 gp for one potion’s ingredients of inflict light wounds will be how Alvoise splits his recent monetary gain.

Valeria first decides to clean her dirty clothes and armour before her bath, and to let them dry as she baths.
She makes her way to the baths and luckly there is a tub that could fit a 7 foot Ulfen man. Even though the water was near boiling, for her it felt between warm and hot.
She enjoys the soak and cleaning herself from all the dirt and blood that had accumulated on her.
She gets dressed in something more civil than her barbarian clothes before she goes shopping and before meeting the mayor.

You can make a potion of any spell of 3rd level or lower that targets one or more creatures or objects. So inflict light wounds is on the table, as is cure light wounds, bull's strength, magic missile...
