Appearance:
Raskir Windspeaker is a lean and wild-looking man, with tanned skin and long straight brown hair. Dressed in hides, he carries a longspear and is accompanied by a grey owl called Tuuli ("wind"). He speaks with an Ulfen accent, although his skin and hair color are darker than normal for that race.

Backstory:

Raskir was found as a baby by the Ulfen shieldmaiden Shalla of the Tusk Mountains. She adopted him as her own. When his village was attacked by wolves, the rumors of his wolflike nature caused some people to suspect him of being a lycanthrope. Raskir judged this a good time to leave his home and try to track down his heritage. Setting out on his own, he sought guidance from the spirits and found it in the form of a grey owl. Eventually he found himself at the city of Caliphas.
