You see the gnolls moving across the trail in the early morning light, they do not seem to be paying all that much mind to the surrounding landscape as they move down the trail.
Ok you can move yourself if you like, I am gonna say you do not have to make stealth rolls unless you wish to move before you spring the ambush.
Vrealk
I'm assuming everyone is waiting until they're closer than they are on the map Seeker gave above?
Vrealk fires two arrows at the gnolls; he targets the one behind the one Kelden fires at. If, by chance the first drops, the third gnoll becomes the target of arrow 2.
Rapid Shot
arrow 1 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
damage 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 plus 2d6 ⇒ (1, 5) = 6
arrow 2 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
damage 1d4 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 plus 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4

Oh uh yeah meant to add once a Gnoll comes into range.

Ok lets get rolling.
The Gnolls slowly approach, not seeming to be in much of a hurry and seemingly not really looking for any threat. Once they close to about 30 feet however, they learn how wrong they are.
N'Djamerna blesses the group as Kalden lets fly his arrow, but a little to early and it pasts the Gnolls by. Vrealk however takes advantage of the startled Gnolls taking two in the throats with well placed arrows. The Now Enlarged Celena charges smacking a confused Gnoll with her Hammer. Ayish readies herself as Markhet urges Larrs to encircle the Gnolls.
And now
Round 1
* Kalden= 24
* Aysh= 22
* N'Djamena = 20
* Celena= 17
* Markhet = 16
* Larrs = 15
* Gnolls 12
* Vrealk = 6
Fine attack the poor Gnolls who were just out camping, you big meanies

Didn't think a "0" roll was possible ... my init modifier is +6 now :-)
Vrealk drops his bow and closes the gap to the gnolls while drawing his daggers. His intent will be to flank one opposite Celena.
if I can get an attack 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32
damage 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 plus 2d6 ⇒ (3, 2) = 5
crit confirm 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26
damage 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Keldan moves forward calling upon his arcane power to summon a magical grease upon the Gnolls. Four of the five Gnolls go down in a greasy tangle. Ayish moves forward, lifting her voice in magical song, inspiring the group.
N'Djamerna moves forward and with a single blow, caves in the Lead Gnolls head. Celena crushes the chest of her target as Markhet guides Larrs around the grease to bite one of the still standing Gnolls.
That Gnolls swings at Larrs, but lands no blow as the Gnolls in the Grease they to stand or move The last standing Gnoll Moves from the grease and away from the party. The other four Gnolls try to stand, but fall again and again upon the grease. Vrealk moved up to flank with Larrs, stabbing the Gnoll in his lungs, and the Gnoll falls to the ground, unable to breath and coughing blood.
Round 2

* N'Djamena = 20
* Celena= 17
* Markhet = 16
* Larrs = 15
* Gnolls 12
* Vrealk = 7
so start of round 2, 5 of the 10 Gnolls are down. Four of the last five are prone in the Grease and the last seems to be running. Round two is gonna be so very rough for you guys.
Vrealk
Vrealk takes both his daggers and tears into the closest prone gnoll.
attack 1 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

Kalden moves forward, putting an arrow into the Fleeing Gnoll Greatly wounding it as Ayish finises it off with a spell. N'Djamerna moves closer to the downed Gnolls. Celena and Vrealk rip into tow of the downed Gnolls finishing them as Markhet leads Larrs around the spell effected ground.
The last two living gnolls still fumbled around , slipping and falling in the spell.
Poor, Poor, gnolls
Keeper of Forbidden Lore
No need...poor, poor Gnolls all they wanted was to go camping and relax after a hard week of pillaging and raiding.
Celena and Kalden finishes off the last of the Gnolls.
Vrealk
Once N'Djamena finds one to potentially stabilize, Vrealk will begin going over the rest of the gnolls. "Friend-Ayish, me thinks you should not watch," he suggests, being aware of her sensibilities. "Me thinks it is necessary, though." If he finds any of the gnolls still breathing (other than one N'Djamena heals, of course), he finishes them off.
Markhet
Strip the bodies, take anything light, like coins, gems, and potions, and hid the weapons and armour so we can claim them on the way back. Markhet will then have Larrs drag the bodies off the trail, hopefully rolling them down hill. finally Markhet will tidy up the battle sight a wee bit. Best not have anyone discover this site too soon and best not leave too many tracks for monsters to track us.
Keeper of Forbidden Lore
N'djamerna should not have to much trouble fining one he can salavage or to much trouble talking to a gnoll as a few speak it.
N'Djamerna patches up a gnoll as vrealk and kelden finish off the others and Markhet loots and deposes of the bodies.
Once back conscious the gnoll does not seem to like the odds and is more and willing to tell you what ever you want as long as you let him go. Gnolls do not seem much into loyalty
