Ok got a nagging I missed something , but how are ya sneak attacking vrealk?

N'Djamena steps forward and once more calls forth the gift of v. Once more the gray/green healing magic flows from N'Djamena healing cuts and buries of all thous it touches. Ayish starts to fall, but the healing is just enough to keep her upright, if shaky. Vrealk's dagger glaces one of the pugwapi drawing blood , it hisses at him with a rude gesture

Larrs and riders make it to the top of the ladder and onto and old weathered balcony, that has seen better days. across from this lays the rafters, it looks like a large section has been made into some kind of nest of paper and cloth. The pugwampis scrambles across these thine, untrustworthy looking beams. Mamood is just out of reach of the rafters

Xerzayas acid burns the pugwampi that attacked him and it howls

The pugwampis scream and howl as the group makes it to the rafters, a sound that rings though the chaple with an echo then they open fire upon the lion and his riders. Larrs 2hp and Markhet 9hp take the blunt of the arrows as they merely bounce off Celena's armor

Ok new round, I left celena on larrs if she dismounted just say so and we'll use that as last rounds movement.

Xerxzayas will shoot another acid splash at his target and Mamood will finish climbing the ladder. If he has enough movement left, he'll move to a different beam than the others in his group, hopefully to cut off any escape or flanking action from the pugwampi.

Ugh I feel ditsy, I knew I was over looking something obvious but could not for the life of me recall what. Classic brain freeze moment it was. Ok mark one less pugwampi on the map then as it would be dead.

Wincing as she holds the Pugwampi's barb still in her side Ayish steps forwards and peers up into the darkness, Low light vision: X2 seeing distance in the dark etc, shifting the grip upon her whip. Hoping its length will reach up into the snarling, howling mess that seems to the Pugwampi's lair.

"Brother, I have an idea..." She looks to Xerxzayas even as she begins to focus her mind upon casting a spell, her eyes beginning to shine with arcane power.

Those that want to know should be able to make an easy spell check to figure out Ayish is preparing a "Sleep" spell. My (players) question, Is this thing a simple Area Of Effect spell? Or do I have to actually see the little buggers up in the rafters?


Depending on how Ayish's spell works Markhet will either cast Cure Light Wounds on herself or she will make a ranged touch attack with Produce Flame spell. If the vast majority of the Pugwampi are asleep she will attempt to snipe off one of the remaining gremlins.

Cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Ranged: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
touch: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16
Fire damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Either way Markhet will urge Larrs into battle. She will steer Larrs towards the furthest away Pugwampi. Larrs will only take a double move if Markhet chooses not to cast.

Vrealk, likely having given away his position under the macabre chandelier, decides to forgo hiding again. Instead, he calls out to the human members of the group, "Humans! Me need one of you over here! Please!" Plan - if anyone has a move action left and can get to him, Vrealk will hold his action until the other person reaches him. With the chandelier 10' off the ground, Vrealk's plan is to use one of the humans as a ladder and leap to the chandelier. Vrealk is 3' 1", so if the person is at least 5', that's a 2' vertical leap with a DC of 8, meaning with a +9 modifier he can't miss. Do I need a climb check to scramble up on the person, or can we assume they'll let me and help?

N'Djamena moves slightly closer to the group as he calls down more healing energy from Nethys. Vrealk waits for help as Ayish casts her spell at the largest group of pugwampi, seemingly to no effect.

Celena moves onto the beam, However the Gnome and little more then started down the beam when it gives a great CRACK! sending Celena tumbling to the ground 20 feet below where she slams into a pew 8hp. Larrs moves toward the far end of the balcony leaping over rotting seats as Markhet calls upon her own power to heal herself. Mamood makes it to the balcony and starts to move toward the puwampi as
Xerxzayas tries to hit the pugwampi again, this time only hitting rafters.

Three of the pugwampi open fire on the oh so close lion 3hp
While the other three left take aim at the casters, both Xerxzayas and ayish are hit 3hp each

Ok guys keeping with my so far excellent record of goofing on this game I moved Celena from the wrong spot. So below is a reconnect for last round

Celena starts to cross the beam, but it gives way with a loud crack, sending part of the rafter into the pews below, celena however mangers to grabbed onto the side of the balcony

Ayish gasps, both from the pain of the Pugwampi's barb and at the plight of the doughy Gnome, Celena. With out thinking Ayish moves to stand directly beneath Celena's teetering form, the better to give the Gnome at least something soft to break her fall.

Seeing that her Sleep spell has had no effect Ayish frowns and hefts her whip. Her last vestiges of power being held in reserve to help the other party members.

To peer up into the darkness of the rafters and spy a Pugwumpi to attack with her whip.

Celena lets out a very unlady like curse as the ground beneath her suddenly brakes and she finds her self beginning to plummet to the ground releasing the hold of her sword she manages to lunge out and grab the edge of the ledge letting out a cry of pain as her body weight is all suddenly put on one arm. looking down she sees her sword clatter on the floor and lets out yet another unlady like curse

N'Djamena Keeps releahing the power of his god healing Ayish and Xerzayas. Ayish runs to get under Celena in case she falls and spys the pugwampi but they are all out of rang of her whip, being 20 feet off the ground. Larrs moves toward the two pugwampis on the far beam, but as the cat crosses the far side of the old balcony the rotten floor gives way. Seending the leaping cat plummeting toward the floor below, the cat manages to brake his fall as he hits the floor 2hp Markhet hurls her flame as her and Larrs fall burning one of the pugwampi where he stands, the little gremlin screams and falls to the ground a burning missle, slamming into the floor and moves no more.

Celena makes it to her feet, but now stands infront of the broken beam, with a 5 foot empty space between her and the other pugwampi, and she seems to have lost her sword. Xerrzayas moves over to Vrealk and the little goblin climbs the man like a tree, the Summoner chandelier Vrealk your dangling there so I'll need a climb check to make the beam

The pugwampi with Mamood so close and Vrealk climbing up the chandelier freak and move to the far beam, the wounded one disappears into the "nest' as the last four open fire on the advancing blue man. Only one arrow hits Mamood 3hpin the panicked state of the pugwampi

Notes: I went for Vrealk as he stated his actions last round, his Init would also change as he waited for Xerzayas to act. Not sure which group Mamood was aimed at so I used his move to get behind celena and his acro Check to jump, with that roll I jumped him 15 feet.

As she stands frustrated by not being able to actually join in the fighting the tunes to a melody that her parent used to play comes to Ayish's mind.

N'Djamena prays to Nethys for true aim as he lefts his javelin, the weapon almost humming with power as Ayish song fills the group with courage as they move on the pugwapi. Larrs runs toward the ladder making it close to the top as Markhet holds on for dear life as the cat climbs.

Celena takes a run and jumps across the broken rafter, she lands a bit unsteadily on the other side. Xerxzayas throws a glob of acid, but his aim is a bit poor and in a fit of bad luck he hits the rope holding chandelier. The rope starts to fray apart as Vrealk reaches the rafters above.. Mamood unsteadily walks the rafters closer on the pugwampis who flee before him, one making it back to the ruined balcony

The pugwampi take aim and fire, hitting both Celena 2hp and Mamood 3hp

Is Ayish going to continue her bardic performance?

Since Ayish has not posted I'll be NPCing her and will keep up the Bardic performance

N'Djamena steps forward and releases his javelin, which fly's unerringly toward the pugwampi. It takes the little beast in the chest driving him from the rafter into the wall behind, the impaled pugwampi smacks wetly into the rust stained effigy of Sarenrae before slamming into the ruined alter below. Ayish continues her song, boosting the partys spirits as Celena makes her away across the beam and ducks into the "nest"

Meanwhile Larrs and Markhet move toward the lone pugwampi.Xerxzayas moves away from the dangling chandelier yelling out a warning as his acid slams into another pugwampi, the screaming creature plunges from the rafters to slam face fist into the floor, hitting with a loud thumb. Mamood moves toward the cornered pugwampi trapping it, Vrealk pulls his weapons as he follows Celena into the "nest"

The two pugwampi left see the danger. The one in front of larrs withdrawls running screaming down the rafters and unknowingly into the arms of Celena and Vrealk as it ducks into the nest, the last pugwampi tries to drawl a weapon on Mamood and has it's head ripped off by the blueman.

Spoiler:
Inside this darkens nest you see the pugwampi cowering away from the entry. This chamber seems to be hung from the rafters , made of paper and cloth like some giant wasp nest. Your unsure if it's safe to walk on as the spot where the pugwampi cowers has sunken in a bit.

Past this chamber you can see another lays beyond this first 'room" Vrealk is sure he hears something from the other chamber. Vrealk stabs the pugwapi who flees to the other chamber. As your standing there trying to decide what to do, another pugwampi in hast to escape the others ducks into the nest and almost runs right into your backsides.

You can try and walk across the "floor" or you can try and hug the rafters with an acros check.

Notes Had to move Xerx 10 feet to get him in rang of anyone one other then the one in front of larrs, Mamood could not reach hit but a double move trapped it to wear it fires and drawls an aoo, or pulls a weapon and drawls an aoo which I used your normal attack roll for. Also you have no pugwampi left in the open now, all left alive seem to be in the nest.

Correct, lower left hand side of the map. The light grey and green area is a nest like thing made of paper and cloth running from rafter to rafter making two "chambers" If you look from below you can see movement form inside as something moves along the "floor"

Market and Larrs makes their way across the rafters toward the nest making it to the entrance as Celena and Vrealk make fast work of the pugwampi , Vrealk then walks across the rafters, hugging the "walls" of the nest to make his way to the entrance of the next chamber as Mamood moves toward the nest

As you enter into this "chamber you notice a group of pugwampis coming toward you. Two others fire arrows at you. A fat pugwapi with a crown made of bones and small skulls lefts a gnome sized warhammer and charges you, the wounded one cowers at the entry
