Took the surface sprinter alternate racial trait, so I have low-light vision instead of darkvision.

With low-light vision, I chose not to take the Light cantrip. Nor did I invest in any torches. If it's ever truly dark I'll be screwed.

Kasai pulls a torch from his pack, says a few words to no one in particular, and the torch lights with flame.
"I don't have magic that can light our path, but you can use this," he says, handing it to Talondreal.

As the heavy doors swing open, the faint light from outside reveals a long chamber with risen platforms on either side. A faded painting of Kassen is on the far wall. The room appears to be the site of a gruesome battle, with two bodies piled in the center and a number of skeletons scattered around. An echoing wail can be heard somewhere in the distance, beyond this foul chamber.
