How does one damage an incorporeal, undead creature? And if I need to be more specific, I'm going to be selfish - does holy water damage an incorporeal, undead creature?
Holy water does damage an incorporeal undead. That is a characteristic of holy water. Despite having nothing to strike against, it does splash. Incorporeal undead can be damaged by spells (usually), magical weapons, channeling, and I may be forgetting something but those are the greatest hits. You still have a question, that's just incorporeal info.

Shadow attacks are touch attacks which deal strength damage. If they deal strength damage >= your strength, you die. Rizzok, the doors on the map you are on and the next map are the same door.

Does anyone have a wand of Cure Wounds they can use in combat?
My healing wand is Infernal Healing, so that's probably a gentle caress to an undead thing.

The creature is not touched by Dragall (who can hold the charge, unless a rule tells me otherwise), but is struck by the force missile. It tries to make a friend of the creature that struck it.

Incorporeal only gives a miss chance for attacks that don't deal damage. Damage from magical sources (with a few exceptions) just deals half. That was one of the changes to incorporeal from D&D 3.5 to Pathfinder.
