Feth was running for the hills (wisely), the last we saw of her, which I believe is why Melaphi suggested we go ahead and go. I'd say that might be DM-Kal's call, but I believe she's had plenty of time to post.
I think it would be good to assume repeating last round's actions (or a vague approximation) if the player does not post within 24 hours of being up. I don't think that's terribly unreasonable.

Patry, I believe the DC is 14, which means you are on fire. However, you get another reflex save on your turn to attempt to put it out, so technically the 'on fire' part has accumulated no damage so far. Right now you should be at 14 HP.

It has been suggested that I engage the players not involved in group encounters, and I approve of this idea.

The tavern in question, apparently the "?" tavern, will be decided to have three levels.
The first: half open seating and bar, one quarter kitchen, one quarter store room. The store room has cellar access, today's stock of alcohol and kitchen ingredients, a cooking spit, a small smoking closet, and a rugged table with two chairs. For five silvers, a bouncer will ensure privacy for any two people for up to a half hour. Every five silvers more buys another half hour.
The second: a hall the length of the building with rooms for rent on either side and stairs at each end. The rooms may be rented for between 1 and 2gp per night.
The third: a large dining and gambling hall, the house casino, available for reservation at the cost of 100gp for 4 hours. Without reservations, the casino is considered semi-private, generally low-lit, with a weakened permanent silence spell in place. Generally 5 to 10 players can be found on the entire floor.

I imagine we'd set things up on the third floor, without reservations. If Melaphi is agreeable.
The third floor has private booths, but you have to buy dinner and wine to get one (costing at least 1gp).

My reaction to the direction of this role play.
Hah. In a moment here I'm going to either have to start talking myself out of what I talked myself into, or fade to black. The flirting and innuendo is one thing, take it much farther and suddenly I'm way outside of my comfort zone.
Hahaha! If it makes you feel any better, I have no intention of detailing a sexual encounter. So if you should choose to go there, we can just fast-forward to the aftermath. The journey is what was important, not the destination. :p

Heavens no, I am glad that this isn't a war, otherwise we would have to shoot Crystal for.... mingling with the enemy.
According to the BOEF (book of erotic fantasy), sex checks are charisma based skill checks (bards, rogues, ninjas, sorcerers, and rangers get it as a class skill if I recall)
Endurance (the feat) grants bonuses to the check equal to the bonus it grants to saves (+4).
