The invisible pixie takes out a silk rope and affixes it so the less able climbers are able to get up the ledge.
You search the area and find some loot.
The loot consists of 693 gp; 1,240 sp; a velvet pouch containing six 100 gp pearls; a phylactery of positive channeling; and an ivory scroll tube inset with strips of jade (itself worth 300 gp) that contains a scroll of cone of cold, a scroll of hold monster, and a scroll of telekinesis.
(I assume you will all identify the stuff eventually). The pixie already has such a phylactery, so doesn't need one.
There is another 15' ledge at the other side of the cave, but this isn't a serious impediment with flyers present and rope.
You are able to get atop Skulls Crossing
The upper walk of Skull’s Crossing is relatively clear of rubble, though a three-inch layer of water has pooled across much of its surface. Here and there, sections of the dam’s surface have crumbled away, although this damage appears relatively old. A tower of skull-shaped domes sits at the center of the dam’s walk. To the north surge the choppy waters of the Storval Deep, while to the south, the slope of the dam’s face drops away nearly three hundred feet to a muddy lake below.
Sitting among the blocks of stone here are five ogres.

You loot the bodies. Only the one ogre has anything special on him, +1 hide armor and a +1 ogre hook.
You proceed further along the top of the dam to the structure at the center. There are a number of large double doors facing your way. They appear to be damaged, but have been rigged to remain in place. There are also some large skull sculptures up on the side of the building, and the eye holes seem to be windows.
