I'll probably be pretty distracted for the next few days; my daughter and her husband had a fire in their apartment this morning. They were both at work so at least they're OK. Their cat didn't survive, though, and there was a lot of damage. No idea how it started. We're going up to help for the next few days.

A happy late Thanksgiving to you as well. This is the first I have been able to log in sine Thursday for a bit of playing pretend.
On the plus side for me my kids are getting close and closer to the age where I can get them into the hobby. My 8 year old is there but the 5 year old still struggles, maybe next year.

Not that it mattered in the fight, but how did Cordwin get two crossbow shots in a round? It's a move action to reload without the Rapid Reload feat, and it doesn't look like you have that.
I thought that only pertained to heavy crossbows and not light crossbows, I could be wrong though...
Crossbow, Heavy: You draw a heavy crossbow back by turning a small winch. Loading a heavy crossbow is a full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity.
Crossbow, Light: You draw a light crossbow back by pulling a lever. Loading a light crossbow is a move action that provokes attacks of opportunity.
