Quick question: Should I do average hp for levels two and three?

After first level, we've been rolling for HP. If you roll low, you can get half the max die roll plus one instead of your roll. You would still add CON to that, as well as any FCBs or bonus from feats or traits.

Yes, sounds cool, but will we be able to recover our stuff somehow? Alaka mostly fights with torches and magic but she got some nice armor (probably with the help of her human friend), and will need her holy symbol.

I agree, I.R. ' The Great Hero Trinket' and her mighty hero friends most certainly went in to defeat the villainous Ironfang! Or perhaps we went in to fight the trogs specifically? I'm sure they have a bad reputation all on their own, and if we're aware that they might be about to become allies of the Ironfang it makes sense to try to take them out on their own turf before they could help the Ironfang.

Also, Trinket's prone to long winded speeches and pronouncements, and if we were allies of any kind she assumes you're both amazing Heroes and would call you such quite often. Also, she makes up epic hero-names for people and would have done so for both of you. Are you cool with her calling you: 'I.R. Splodeygobbo Esquire and Amazing Hero with the really big brain!' and 'Alaka Zam Queen of the Hero-flames!'? She wouldn't call you it all the time, just when she announces you guys to other people and villains. But if you're characters hated it, she'd know by now and have come up with something different.

Trinket doesn't understand the difference between a religion and its god compared to a story and its hero. She assumes after whatever explanation you give her about Sarenrae that she is some kind of hero so amazing people celebrate her epic hero-deeds all the time! Which is AMAZING!
