Are you guys not getting the maps I am posting in Google Docs? I am trying to update them as frequently as I can.

I'm getting the map no pb.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

She would be moving at full movement which would increase the DC by 10.
"In addition, you can move through a threatened square without provoking an attack of opportunity from an enemy by using Acrobatics. When moving in this way, you move at half speed. You can move at full speed by increasing the DC of the check by 10."

Male Human Bard (Sandman) 10; HP 78, Init +3, AC: 24 T: 17 F:20 ; Fort:+6, Ref:+11/14 vs traps, Will:+10; Per: +12; BAB: +7/+2 CMB: +10, CMD: 23

I can only really get the maps when I'm on a computer

Tiny Wooden Object Familiar. HP 10/10, Hardness 5, Fort +3, Ref +3, Will +3 Fear 1/1

The big masked man swings his club from the ground in an upward arc...

Power Attack, Rage, Bless: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 8 - 2 + 1 = 20
Damage: 2d6 + 7 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (1, 5) + 7 + 6 + 1 = 20

Activating Scar Shield, bringing my AC to 14. SHould have done that two rounds ago.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Silas (disarmed Garreg)
Garreg (surrenders)
Beth (moved to flank)
Jequette (scorching ray)
Obi (moved, cast Hydraulic push)
Sandman (power attacked)
Morgan

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Bless is not in affect as Beth had to double move. Haste is in affect for 4 characters. You still hit an unarmored Dragoon with a 19.

Tikiman AC 16; HP 58/58; Init +6; Per +1; Fort +2; Ref +5; Will +6; CMD 14.

The little Tiki gesticulates, his hands making wild flourishes. His gravelly voice bellows with Morgan's words.

"That's right Barrett - I can burn this dive to the ground too! Get the 'goons to stand down, we take Garreg and everyone draws another breath. Otherwise you all get crispy."

Ready Action: Burning Hands pointed at any liquor on the back wall...if Barrett chooses violence rather than acquiescence.

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Barrett tells the off duty dragoons to stand down and will do so if no other hostile action is taken. Otherwise they will ready an action to swing if anyone tries anything against them.

Male Human Bard (Sandman) 10; HP 78, Init +3, AC: 24 T: 17 F:20 ; Fort:+6, Ref:+11/14 vs traps, Will:+10; Per: +12; BAB: +7/+2 CMB: +10, CMD: 23

Silas indicates to Garreg to push the blade away then stand up slowly. "We'll be taking our leave."

Human Cleric of Quell 7/ Ranger (Freebooter) 1; HP 75/75, AC 21 T: 15: FF 16; Fort +9; Ref +9; Will +9; Init +5; Per +14; CMB +6, CMD +22

"Right, that's much better, we just needed to talk to that man. In the mean time, I've accidentally damaged your window, so let me repay that," adds Beth, keeping her eye on Garreg.

Reaching in her pouch, she takes out 5 GP and flips them to the innkeeper.

"Let me also take care of the injuries we caused", she adds, raising her symbol and letting Quell's energy bath all.

Chanel energy 2 times for 2d6 + 2d6 ⇒ (4, 2) + (5, 2) = 13, everybody is healed including the dragons and Garreg

"Pleasure doing business with you!" The tattooed man motions for their attacker to hand him his weapon in surrender. Obi will take the weapon and store it in his belt, but only once the weapon is fully handed over with the sheath too.

Better safe than sorry, really.

Male Adopted Sugalo Tulita Fighter (Harpoonist) 1/ Yohunga 4; HP 42/42, AC 17 T: 13: FF 15; Fort +6; Ref +4; Will +6; Init +2; Per +5; CMB +6, CMD 18

The little Tikiman wavers, his shape melding into and forming Morgan who still holds his hands ready to cast a spell.

"We done here lads? Everyone throw your weapons to the ground. And I don't want any trouble when we leave. You 'goons can finish your night like nothing happened. [To Barrett] You too Barrett. I like not the cut of your... axe." [feels around gum and lips with tongue, as if checking for broken teeth.]
Intimidate 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19

(Still waiting for Garreg to start going with Silas and Obi, Readying Burning Hands)

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Garreg has no choice but to comply and go with Silas and Obi. The dragoons back off but do not drop their weapons. Barrett grabs a bucket of water and douses the wall where the scorching ray hit setting his axe down on the bar in the process. The last dragoon attempts to free himself from the webs.
Dragoon3: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

Human Cleric of Quell 7/ Ranger (Freebooter) 1; HP 75/75, AC 21 T: 15: FF 16; Fort +9; Ref +9; Will +9; Init +5; Per +14; CMB +6, CMD +22

Leaving the tavern after Silas and Obi, Beth cast a last glance at the innkeeper and his customers, trying to feel how her healing and damage repaying was perceived.

sense motive: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

The DC on the intimidate on Barrett is 21 which is a standard action. You cannot intimidate AND ready an action. If you had wanted to burn him for saving his bar go ahead and do that instead. Combat should be over at this point. XP for Garreg 266 and I am going to give an additional 266 ad hoc. I think everyone has gone but Jequette and Sandman this round if I am not mistaken?

I think you sense confusion more than anything else, but it has contributed to diffusing the situation and at this point Barrett is more concerned with his bar. Beth's actions are part of the reason for the ad hoc XP award. They are not used to anyone acting with good intentions around here! Rumors are liable to spread about a new group of Wave Riders.

Poses heroically for the artists' renderings

Hmm. Not wanting to "burn him for saving his bar", no. Just wanted compliance. Yep, sorry about the double actions, got carried away!

Morgan picks up his harpoon from where it stood stuck into the wooden floor, nods to Barrett as if to say "good day" and follows the others out.

Yay! Obi has another weapon! Obi walks out with the rest of them, singing a jaunty tune that is definitely off-key.

Perform (sing) untrained: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9

Tiny Wooden Object Familiar. HP 10/10, Hardness 5, Fort +3, Ref +3, Will +3 Fear 1/1

The big man stares at the dragoon captain for a moment a growls.

"Who do you protect, Captain? Why do others have to go through you to do your job? How did you fall so far?"

Casting Sow Thought to make the Captain re-think his priorities about who deserves to be protected. DC 18 will save

Hopefully it will make the Captain a better person, and reduce the risk of reprisal towards us.

"Don't you worry about that. We came here to talk to you, not to Barrett. And I've got two good news for you. If you talk to us and give us all the information we need, I think I should be able to persuade my companions, not only to let you live but to let you keep your merchandise with you.", says Beth with a mischievous smile.

"But as you can see, they are not very happy at the moment. So you better come with us without fuss. Or I'll just let them talk to you their way. That would really be bad news for you."

Female Human Wizard (Evoker) 5

Following the group out, watching each party member reflecting on the actions of the combat. With a last glance, dismiss the webs within Barrett's place.

Garreg is not refusing to go,"What do you wanna know? I can get you smoke cheap."

Human Cleric of Quell 7/ Ranger (Freebooter) 1; HP 75/75, AC 21 T: 15: FF 16; Fort +9; Ref +9; Will +9; Init +5; Per +14; CMB +6, CMD +22

Before replying, she switches to Tulita and asks: "Where can we go to discuss in a quiet place?"

Male Human Bard (Sandman) 10; HP 78, Init +3, AC: 24 T: 17 F:20 ; Fort:+6, Ref:+11/14 vs traps, Will:+10; Per: +12; BAB: +7/+2 CMB: +10, CMD: 23

Silas ushers Garreg out. "If you hadn't shot me we could have had a cordial conversation.

Once outside and in somewhere they can talk without being overheard he presses with, "We want to know about the whole operation and the shipment coming in."

"There is a big shipment coming in at midnight at Crook Back Pier."

Female Human Wizard (Evoker) 5

Whispering to Silas,"Who is financially backing the shipments?"

Obi flips the man's weapon, sheathed, around in his hand. "You really should tell them what they want to know. The rum barrel I came in on...well, it's probably still in the harbor. I'd say, if he doesn't give us the information, he's the right size for it, wouldn't you say?"

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

Obi, I know you are crazy but you are probably not the best one to try an intimidate check!

Hey now! I could try! And if it doesn't work...well, maybe I'm gonna replace it with Bluff? ^_^;

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

You could try an aid another. That is only DC 10

Aid Another Intimidate: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

A for effort, F for FAIL!!!!!!!

Splitting a gut laughing,"You guys serve peanuts with the entertainment?"

Obi just throws up his hands in frustration and then turns away for several moments. Seeing a nearby empty barrel (of which there are always plenty of near bars), he begins to throw every item in it out, beginning to roll it towards Garreg. "Come on, guys! I'm sure he'll talk after a couple of hours in the bay."

I think now would be the time to try the Bluff option. Never believe a mad man WON'T act crazy.

Bluff: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14

All the sudden he gets quiet.

Woohoo!

The masked man finally follows the others out of tavern. His shadow covers the drug peddler.

"No. He will talk now."

Intimidate: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

Stand back guys. I got this. ;)

"Whut do ya wanna know?"

"I just sell a little Dragonsmoke. Barrett is the guy you want. I seen 'im drag bodies in the back of the Barnacle and they never come back. Saw one a few months ago in a blue cloak, like hers,"pointing at Beth.

Tiny Wooden Object Familiar. HP 10/10, Hardness 5, Fort +3, Ref +3, Will +3 Fear 1/1

"Shut your mouth, pain junkie. I haven't asked you anything yet." the big man says flatly, grabbing Garreg by the ankle and dragging him towards a shadowed alleyway.

How about we don't do this in the middle of the street.

Once they were out of the streetlights, the big man dropped Garreg unceremoniously on the ground and put a foot on his chest.

Casting Zone of Truth.

"Now, start again. Names. Places. Numbers."

"I told ya Crook Back Pier at midnight. They bring a barge in for the local suppliers. There are usually around five of them and two guards. Bonegnaw runs the entire operation, but he won't be there. He never is."

Sheesh, family friendly I know. Now I am rolling 2's to your 17's!

The big man stares down at Garreg for a long moment, then takes his foot of the drug peddler's chest and starts to walk away.

"You might want to find a new profession."

I think that's all we're going to get out of him. Let's go gang. :)

"Wanna buy a map to Garr Bloodbane’s gold?"

Male Human Bard (Sandman) 10; HP 78, Init +3, AC: 24 T: 17 F:20 ; Fort:+6, Ref:+11/14 vs traps, Will:+10; Per: +12; BAB: +7/+2 CMB: +10, CMD: 23

Silas looks with disdain at Garreg. "Two pieces of advice. Don't go back to the Barnacle. And leave town. Your career here is done.

What sort of time is it? Just wondering if we should go have another discussion with Barrett before we go deal with the shipment.

Male Adopted Sugalo Tulita Fighter (Harpoonist) 1/ Yohunga 4; HP 42/42, AC 17 T: 13: FF 15; Fort +6; Ref +4; Will +6; Init +2; Per +5; CMB +6, CMD 18

"I'm thinking it will be hard to step in now that Barrett is completely alerted to our presence, and our focus. I think we should take Garreg with us, lest he return like a cur to his short-statured master." Morgan falls silent gor a moment, looking into the middle distance, ruminating on options.
"Either that or burn down the Barnacle with Barrett in it. He won't trouble us nor be at the Crook Back Pier to receive the shipment." He makes a wicked smile at Garreg.

Male Human Bard (Sandman) 10; HP 78, Init +3, AC: 24 T: 17 F:20 ; Fort:+6, Ref:+11/14 vs traps, Will:+10; Per: +12; BAB: +7/+2 CMB: +10, CMD: 23

In Tulita Silas replies, "I think we need to have a look around the Barnacle, particularly if he might be connected to the disappearance of the Priests of Quell."

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

It is late, probably around 11 at night. Remember you met the dealers at the dock at night and then the Barnacle.

Male Adopted Sugalo Tulita Fighter (Harpoonist) 1/ Yohunga 4; HP 42/42, AC 17 T: 13: FF 15; Fort +6; Ref +4; Will +6; Init +2; Per +5; CMB +6, CMD 18

Morgan peers at Garreg, leaning in close, brushing the now malformed Tiki onto the prisoner's face. Tiki lets go of Morgan sits on the prisoner's chest and grabs hold of Garreg's ears, his mute consideration made grotesque by his smashed features.

"Know anything about a half-caste, wears rat skulls on his armor? Know his name, whereabouts or compatriots? Remember, Tiki here likes to chew on brainal matter, and now some of his teeth are gone it might take some time to reach the best bits. If you have any..."
