Decided to bring back Duncan instead. Reskinned as a Warpriest of Ragathiel.

With family today but should have him ready by late tomorrow.

He'll be a Bastard Sword/Shield Frontliner. Focus on Intimidating foes with a little tripping thrown in. Not a massively damaging guy, but able to take it to the face while others do most of the damage.

Wow. I just looked at Grungsdi's Profile.

Those abilities from Armormasters and weapon masters guides really gave the fighter some awesome abilities.

Might have to make my first purchase in a few years.

Now just factor in some bardic and clericalbuffs, with Desmond and Nym playing cleanup and Kalim running crowd control.

This is a party that really does pull off ridiculous shenanigans, now that I think back on some of our bigger fights.

Well I only just got back but I'm having a blast.

I remember now from the last time I played a Warpriest (in a one shot that Baldwin ran) I ended up thinking a Warpriest actually does the fighter role kinda Well and generally gets stronger the longer the fight goes.

They actually kinda suck as a party buffer because the class abilities are selfish. Actually kinda feel like a less durable Paladin without the Code restrictions.

I wanna read those two books now a see what fighter concepts I can come up with.

Seeing as how I built Grimm will be interesting to see if anyone can best him in a combat.

Especially Grungsdi, since Grimm is a ranging trip monkey with a rediculos trip bonus, anyone of the party who ends up on their back vs the RAGING inquisitor with Heaps of AOO's is probably gonna die.....

And the group Caster STILL doesn't know Fly...(through Duncan can because of his armour)

My wis is not really high so I'm usefu5 for the group buffs if you want to prepare some divine attack spells.

Karnog uses mostly summons and group bluffs, and keeps the various "remove x" spells prepared just in case. Those are usually what I sacrifice to cast healing spells.

Blessing of fervor and align weapon, communal would be good to have, as might any other shared buff spells.

Depends on your theme.

If retraining is allowed then either going
Holy Knight Vindicator -Crazy AC plus improved channeling powers, then I'd retrain to Weapon Prof:Nodachi and focus on Critical Channels.

A Crusader Archetype lets you remain single class Cleris but gives you some extra martial feats for diminished Spells.

The best ways for you to have a Mount would be: Animal Domain buy Torag doesn't offer that.
Or you could take a level in Cavalier (Gendarme- to get a Mount and a mounted feat)
You'd need to also take the Companion focus feat to add 4 levels to it.
This is how rangers bump their Animal Buddy to be same as a Druid.

But if it's an Angel Buddy you want- the easiest way is to cast Planar Ally and bargain for it's services like 'Join our party in our quest to destroy Tappan Athuk'

But since it's called, it TOTALLY dies if it's killed. No going back to heaven, no ressurection.

Another method is the LEADERSHIP feat to get a divine Cohort, but I don't think the DM allows this feat.
