Wow! I've been totally jammy with the level 2 and 3 rolls for HP! And with his constitution of 14, that should give him a grand total of 24 HP. Seems kind of appropriate for a half-orc sorcerer, somehow.

If I did, I suppose bard, rogue, or ranger might be better choices.

Actually, Skald would be a good second class. Give him more "oomph" in combat, AND he could still cast spells while benefiting from his own ragee song.

But that's all maybes. Might happen in the future. But, for now at least, I'm satisfied with the way he's shaping up.

I levelled up Gruk already, if you want to check his profile for "oopsies".

I picked Raging Blood as his new feat (from ACG). That would give him a lesser bloodrage like a Fire Elemental bloodline for a bloodrager:
• Can add 1d6 fire damage to a melee weapon three times per day
• Also gets a lesser fire rage twice per day up to four rounds: +2 STR, +2 CON, but no WILL bonuses. The entry is unclear if that's four rounds per day, or four rounds twice per day.

If Raging Blood won't work for you, let me know and I can replace it with another feat.

I also added three (!) new spells for him. First, a cantrip (Arcane Mark) for a Human FCB bonus spell. Second, Magic Missile (good old dependable) for his first level spell. Third, the bonus bloodline spell of Burning Hands.

For his four new skill points: +1 Perception, +1 Bluff, and +2 Intimidate.

I have heard nothing from Dolgrin since 8/14 so I am sending his character back to the castle with the lunatic. If he comes back he can rejoin later, but I cannot keep DMNPCing a character for weeks on end. You still have six people which was what I wanted for this game to start out with.

Not much new for a cleric. My Channel went up by one die, and I took Extra Channeling for two extra channels a day, giving me a total of 6 a day. Figure we will need it down here.

Also, picked up second level spells, which are pretty awesome.

I'm fine with you taking some rogue levels, Ela. I think a level of rogue could definitely help a martial character in Rappan Atthuk. Any extra trap finding is good!

I updated the RA loot spreadsheet to include 250 CP (wow!) and the 100 gp silver statuette recently found.

I've also assigned the +1 dagger to Irenicus, since it's one of the few weapons we've found that he can us.

@ Irenicus; if you don't want to hold on to that dagger, let me know.

I can use my scrolls as short swords and shields, which become magical with higher level spells, so keep it.

I finished the leveling I think just need to finish spell selection and write down the ones I bought in town on scrolls. Completely forgot until yesterday lol. How many days were we in town or castle/travelling before returning here?

I also have rope trick now for 3hr per day.

Since we're back at Zelkor's Ferry for a bit of R&R for Elathras and all, should we cash in the loot we found this last excursion?

According to the Treasury sheet, we've got a total of 6,178.72 GP. Which would include things like weapons selling at half value. So, if we sold everything ,that would give us each 722 GP. And the same amount to the party coffers and the castle fund.

If we hang on to both magic daggers (Irenicus and I each are holding one) and the Magic spork (I think Virgil is holding that one), then the total prize plummets to 1,515.27 GP and each share will likewise plummet to 189 GP.

Anyway, that's the treasury maths while we're trying to find a way to bring back Elathras' nose!

I vote we keep the magic weapons for the time being. Until we find better magic weapons that is. Then we can sell the daggers with no worry.

I don't mind holding on to the new magical gear.

Just wanted everyone to know how much of a dent it will make in the cash profits.

Ironically, we'll be so busy looking for more loot we'll be too busy to spend what already have lining our pockets.

I think we should also pop by the castle on the way back to the Mouth of Doom to let the lads know how we're doing.

Besides, I did want our little arms-smith,Gorbaz to make me a spiffy new great axe to look that much more stylish with. Should be ready by now.

once Elathras is healed he will sell the guisamre, great flail, falchion, battle axe, six javelins and shortsword, then get a Lucerne hammer. He is enamored with the rapier and it will be his "close and personal weapon" along with the two daggers he just picked up and the longbow.

He will also post the 189 gp. probably cost more than that to get healed

We should be able to pool our resources out of the party coffers to help out Elathras. Or any other member of the party who is likewise in a bit of bother.

If anyone has no objections, I'll post these changes to the treasury spreadsheet:
• the flash rapier is with Elathras
• one +1 dagger each to Gruk and Irenicus
• the +1 spork is with Virgil
• each member gets a 189 GP payout out of the total prize of 1,515.27 GP
• the party coffers gets 189 GP
• the castle funds gets 189 GP, 2 SP and 7 CP

So, we're looking in pretty good shape for the common funds:
• Party Coffers: 645 gp 5 sp 0 cp
• Castle funds: 358 gp 6sp 4 cp

There's been enough oddities already.

Elathras just hasn't had a whole lot of luck all round.

Your luck has been mercurial with disarming traps.

Gruk has done way better in melee than sorcerers should be able to do.

On the whole, we're doing quite well for not getting killed. Much.

I think the first Dolgrin was the only death we've had. So far.

Any chance you allow the spell masterwork transformation. It would lessen the impact of being really out of the way. And I mean at level 3 I guess everyone deserves some masterwork items:-)

Soon you will be rolling in items. RA is like that, you start out with less than what you expect then later you have a lot MORE. WBL has nothing to do with RA or any FGG product. Most of my mid to upper level players are now 2-3 times WBL, but they all started dirt poor.
