The FOs have three rounds to set up their ambush as the cultists drag their struggling captives toward The ST. During this time, Yingzen stealthily positions himself just inside the right side of the entrance doors, MJ and Derrik move the heavy desk into position to be tossed through the large glass window overlooking the entrance doors, and Radsworth readies his burning hands round.... Others can prepare as desired....

The heavy desk can be set to crash through the window and fall with shards of glass onto the hell hounds and two of the lead Morays in a ten-ft-square area in front of the entrance doors, dealing 6d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 5, 1, 5, 2) = 24 bludgeoning and slashing damage to all enemies in the 10-ft-square area, Reflex DC 20 for half damage....
This will happen on the "surprise" round, as will Rad's burning hands shot, then regular initiative begins....

Moray of Cthulhu cult |

The two Morays holding the hell hounds' leashes are caught in both Radsworth's burning hands and MJ and Derrik's desk fall ambush....

The cultists are shocked and confounded by the FOs' surprise attack! The desk crashes through the window above them, dropping into the front two ranks of enemies with shards of glass that lacerate them as the desk explodes into smithereens!
Radsworth's cone of flame and Mjolnir simultaneously punctuate the ambush with a roar and a thunderclap! The battle has begun!
