Boon Time!: 1d20 ⇒ 8 if 19 or 20: 1d4 ⇒ 1

Thanks :)
No idea what the boons are for this one - is it the current boons or the ones from when the game started? (no idea how that works with PbP)

For this gameday I think these are the boons this time but I'm not sure:
1- Sapphire Guardian: You can take a Sapphire ooze as a familiar.
2- Traveler in an Unstable Timeline. 1 replay or 1 retrain.
3- Celestial Traveler. Get one of two benefits for going to Nirvana or Elyseum.
4- Season Explorer Seasons 2-3. (Basically, you get bonuses to a character depending on how many games as a player or a GM you’ve participated in from Seasons 2 &3)

Thanks Vornsk, I had a lot of fun with this group and I'm definitely running again in the future! Got a couple of Session 2 games going now, and after that I'll run more PFS and SFS games. I've even got a couple other non-PFS games going on these boards, moved from my old pbp board (which was dying by degrees but my games have found new life here!)
And no worries about delays, NotEspi. I had a couple of 'em myself! :)

Thanks for running. I had fun and am pondering doing some PbP or VTT GM'ing myself after I get a bit more experience with the medium.

There's pros and cons, but I do agree that the extra time allows for the proper narrative to flesh in the details that people might not add during game play.
Thanks for running the game. Is there a quick start guide for DM'ing PFS events via pbp? Most of the paper work is the real challenge, IMHO.

There are a lot of useful links in the Flax lodge.

Painlord did a pretty good post on running a PbP. It is linked in my profile. There are a couple of others linked there as well and i rhink the Flaxseed lodge has some other guides. :)
I recommend starting with something short though, such as a scenario. It also helps if you are somewhat familiar with the group. Invite folks you enjoyed playing beside especially a GM that might be willing to play.

Oh, I've DM'd PbP before. I was just looking for a guide on how to set that up in the Paizo forums - does that have to correspond to setting up an event? Are there tools to auto-generate the .pdfs for chronicles that you get access to, or do you have find your own way to electronically sign them?

GM West |

OK, I have your Chronicle Sheets ready for you and I put them on my Google Drive. I'm new to this format though, so let me know if you can't access the folder or something and I'll try and figure out what I'm doing wrong (or I'll just e-mail them to you.) And take a close look at the sheets too and make sure I didn't get anything wrong. Chance, you should get your Boon Chronicle Sheet via e-mail separately from Paizo, I think.
Thanks again for the game folks, I enjoyed it very much!

How did you setup permissions for the chronicles? It's probably easiest to set it up as open to anyone that has the link, but if you wanted to limit it to the folks here, then do you want us to request access with each email account?

I got my chronicle, thank you GM.
V is level 3 so will get out-of-tier gold. If you are OK with it, I will make the change when I print it. Otherwise you will have to create a new one, but I am in no rush.
As a note, it is helpful to save the document with scenario name and the character name. Most OS will not let two documents have the same name in a folder. And eventually I will have a whole folder with chronicles labeled 'Vornsk.'

Once upon a time there was a GM shared drive with lots of useful things to GMs. I haven't seen it in a while, but there is probably a version of it out there and it will have lots of helpful how to's. I would look for it (or ask about it) in the Flaxseed Lodge.
I used to have a PDF editor on my old machine, but I have not added it to my new one. It allowed me to delete all pages but the chronicle, then 'save as.' That document could then me edited on standard adobe PDF reader as they are mostly form-fillable. I set up all the standard stuff (X's through the upper tier; XP, GP, & PP earned; event location, event number, GM name number, etc. and save it as General. Then edit that pdf for each individual.
I hope I am not explaining what you already know.

The current Adobe reader has editing options available. They're pretty basic, but work for purposes of filling up these sheets.
Maybe it's the current Acrobat version. I'm not sure at the moment, since I'm not on my own PC right now.
