Bark skin (+2 na enchancement bonus)
Bull strength (+4str enhancement bonus)
shield (+4 shield bonus)
touch of the sea (30 swim speed)
expeditious retreat (+30 movement speed)

The first to last 10 min per level so 40 mins, the others last 4 minutes.
Don't think we spend longer than those durations in the dungeon.
