Depends on if you want to continue as a Hunter or if you want to branch out to another class.

A dino shifter might be an interesting concept mixed with hunter.
It would be, I just need to look at the shifter again. I continue to hear bad things about it, but I'm not sure if it's because of a munchkin level or general design level.

The sad thing is that Kontha would loose out on stuff and he looses out spells and team work feats :(

It wasn't great at what it does really. You could play a ranger instead with aspect of the beast, or a druid for full wild shape. They fixed it though, IMHO, so I like it for a combatant. I think if their design goal was something simpler than a druid, they should have copied things over from beast shape and druid wildshape so you still don't have this thing where you need multiple books open to several different pages to put your abilities together.
It also futzes with all the abilities, so for example if you want to be a tiger you get pounce earlier but rake later.
The huge thing is that you can only pick 1 and then gradually more animals, whereas a druid is just anything they want to be any time mostly.
As a 1-4 level dip for a hunter, *I* wouldn't recommend it unless you have a strangely high wisdom, because you could just cast hunter spells and use weapons and armor, plus more skills, and with favored class shifter isn't even an HP boost. Basically, why get 1 base attack bonus to trade progression on everything else? 8th level is big for hunters too - not only does the focus effect double in some cases, you get two of them - four times the effect!!

Also, I would stick with the teamwork plan. You have lots of trip and flank options with Kontha, and they will continue to get non-linearly better with more investment.

As for next scenarios; I saw something interesting. The Andoran sequence of six scenarios loosely related to a single story line. The dialogue for tie-in is under Scenario 9-02.

Assuming we're all L4/L5, we would be opted for all but 4-16 (5-9), but if we did that 4th Dulomak and Dissa would hit L5.
I think it could be fun to play a mini-campaign within PFS...

Dissa is leveled up for everything but gear. I upgraded his Fauchard to a +1 already.
I'm good to start the next scenario any time :-)
Also, I took Outflank with my level of Guiding Blade Swashbuckler. Dissa can now use Panache to grant Outflank to all allies within 30 feet for 3 rounds.
I think Dulomak and Kontha already have outflank, but it should benefit Seltyiel and Marina quite a bit.
With Outflank, crits provoke AoO when flanking.
Stack that with Paired Opportunists, and AoO provoke AoO from adjacent allies.
We can now chain together full party AoO on crits :-)

2nd level or 3rd level hunter's get it for free and can share teamwork feats with their pet. I dont think that they can share with other people the same way.

I'm good with scenarios or modules. I remember putting together a list of modules a while ago.
One downside to modules is the 4 prestige vs the 6 from 3 scenarios.

Dulomak and Dissa are 4th, Marina is a slow 5th.
My vote is for Fangwood Keep module for three reasons:
1) it's supposed to be very hard with great reviews
2) it's for 4th level characters
3) it's on sale ($10 PDF)
Fangwood work for everyone? It's designed for around 4th level in terms of power.

If you want the extra speed, think about mithril breastplate instead. Moving faster is pretty important for melee characters.
Of course there's always a laundry list - weapon, armor, cloak of resistance, ring of protection, amulet of natural armor, belt of strength..
