So, I was thinking earlier when I was debating on what feat to use with Martial Flexibility... I LOVE THAT ABILITY! I can literally just pick up ANY combat feat I want as long as I meet the prereqs for 1 minute, which is basically one combat. That really is amazing. I found a thread with some awesome combos of those situational feats that don't come up often, but you really wish you had when they do... Such as the Blind-Fight tree...

Currently reading the wheel of time. It does seem to be endless (Which is positive) :P The sword of truth is still on my reading list ^^ The song of fire and ice books are really good. Can't wait for the next book to come out!

By level 5 I will have a cute little pet that will charge into battle with me! And some nice spells also. Although not sleep probably.

I think my goal is to play the 'face' of the group, and work from the social aspect. I think I can accomplish more in that regard.

A necromancer as the party face... This should be interesting, particularly given that Tereze HATES undead... But we'll get to that later.

As for books... Since I had kids my reading has dropped off a lot. We are starting to be able to read again since our kids are getting older, but it's been mostly young adult books as they are much quicker to read.

@Urbar how far are you in the WoT? That series started great, lost its way in the middle (Crissroads of twilight just didn't work) and recovered at the end to be good overall.

The last really good fantasy series I read was the kingkiller series. I really enjoyed both books so far.

I'm currently reading the third book. So I have a while to go before encountering the dip :P

I've also read the kingkiller series. I really enjoyed those books. The second book is quite different from the first and not really what I would have expected but I still enjoyed it :)

Before I started this series I was reading books from Neil Gaiman, also really enjoyable. Another larger series I also really enjoyed was one from Robin Hobb; The Farseer Trilogy, Liveship Traders Trilogy, The Tawny Man Trilogy, The Rain Wild Chronicles, The Fitz and the Fool Trilogy. The last one I would judge way better than the Wheel of Time series.

Yeah, Gwen's main focus will be grappling, but I am also taking a few of the more common base feats to open up lots if options. Such as Combat Expertise, that opens up all the combat maneuver options for Gwen. I don't like to do one-trick ponies, which is why I like the flexibility the brawlers allows. With all my extra feats I can still make a very good grappler and yet also be able to dish out damage if need be.

The chain plus guys will be heavy. Swim one of them over to the rocks and use the chain to pull them all up. Then they can hang on the rocks and we can get them up one at a time when they are free.

How bad do we want the single man? There are three ways to free him in my opinion.
1. Break/cut the chain
2. Disable device the chain
3. Cut the other man's leg off

Urbar wouldn't put it out of the question to do the last, which might be a good solution to free him faster.

I think having a long-term group for PFS will be really nice. Like Fiona said this will allow us to actually develop our characters amongst each other without feeling like we are trying to force something upon a group of random players.

Also, this will give me an opportunity to purchase the Tavern vanity and actually have it be something other than simply a mechanical bonus!

@Vicard: The choice to use inspiration is made after the check is rolled and before the results are revealed. I assume you took a look at your skill roll before you chose to add inspiration to it, by making use of the site's preview option?

I did, but I misread and thought I failed the (known) DC. It admit I posted in a bit of rush (rare for me). I did ask about it before the results were revealed.

I'm ok with it, if you see fit to have me use it. It just seems a waste really and fully fitting the rules for me to have it back since I made the DC and knew it, just rolled Inspiration by mistake (and waited too long before double-checking so I couldn't edit the post myself).

Thanks Eryzule, and thanks for providing these great RP opportunities! I can definitely say that these kinds of situations make Fiona's story more interesting to tell (at least from my side), and hopefully more entertaining.
