So, I have a couple of options. Level 1 Alchemist, Level 1 bard, level 1 Oracle. (My level 3's are more muscle bound types). I was going to see who else musters in before making the call between healing and skills.

I'm pretty new to PbP and PFS. Do we all simply claim which items we want from the previous encounter? Or are all these things held in a metaphorical community pot until the end? Do we have to track and account for which among these items we use during this campaign?

I looked in the Guild Guide, but I wasn't able to find a section that explained in game useage. I did see that when we are all finished, we would need to purchase any found items in order to keep them.

So, We can use what we find now for the rest of the adventure. At the end of the scenario, our characters give everything we have found over to the Pathfinder Society (think of it like a quartermaster). Then those items show up on our chronicle sheet. Your character can buy anything on their sheet whenever you have the money (which may be at some later date).

For example, if we find a magic sword, we can decide which one of us will wield it for the rest of the adventure. At the end of the game, that sword will be on all our sheets, so we could all buy a 'magic sword'.

This is just a quick oversimplification.

By the way, as this is your first character, you should be able to get the "Welcome to the Society" boon. I don't know that I can issue that as a player though.

Thanks, Azora! This is the first character I created, but I did start playing a different character just before Outpost. I had signed this one up, and then I was invited to join a table just for people new to PbP/PFS. Would this character still count for that boon?
