All,

Sorry for not posting these past few days. Between the storms that below threw our area and knocked a bunch of big limbs in my yard and travelling for world series qualifiers for my son's baseball team I have been crazy busy. I will have posts up tonight for us.

Jack

Battlescourge of Hextor - Male Human (Oeridian) Cleric 6 | HP 56/56 | AC 19/T12/FF18 | F+9, R+4, W+9 | Perc +7 | Init +3 | Move: 20ft.

Gang - wee heads up - work hammer is swinging hard this week. Bunch of offshore ops have converged for kickoff o'er the next 7-10 days which means I'm having to do a bunch of pre-job work and scheduling in the run up.

Between prepping rental kit packages, client meetings and getting my offshore teams readied, my heads frankly mince.

Bear with - posting opportunities might be fleeting, and content basic until later in the week.

All,

I am running into RL issues as of late and it doesn't look to be slowing down. My youngest son's baseball team was just moved up to Elite Majors...which means his team plans on travelling all over the country to play baseball. Not sure I am ready for all of this but here we go. My oldest son plays on a travel soccer team that is premier level and we do a lot of national travel already for his team. With that being said I am not sure I can run two games and make them as good as they should be. I have been wrestling with this for a few weeks but my post rate for this game is really horrible due to a lack of time.

I am going to stand down this game... I am really sorry for doing this but it has been really hard as of late to get posts in to keep this game going. I don't see it getting any better in the future. I plan to focus my attention on the Saltmarsh Campaign.

Black Dow. It looks like Licitus has dropped off from the site which means his character (Thout - half dwarf fighter) is being moved to NPC. If you like I would be more than happy to get you involved in that campaign. It is 1st level (midway).

AllenDM,

Sorry to hear that, but RL always wins in this case. Still I am glad to hear you're keeping with the Saltmarsh campaign as I am really enjoying it! I did enjoy this campaign immensely, as the whole farmhouse/cabin scene was very immersive and really gave the setting the proper flavor.

Hey AllenDM et al.

Sorry to see this one go - as Harry noted was hugely flavoured game (albeit a bitter chaos tainted one for Bynoth's liking lol).

The cabin siege and general unease of the plague and its consequences made for a gritty game.

Bynoth was a departure for me - don't normally play divines and especially characters who are obstinate, arrogant d**ks. Trust I captured all those elements and made for a fun protagonist. Enjoyed everyone's characters and hope to share a virtual table with you all again down the line.

@ALLENDM/Jack: Appreciate the invite chief - had a quick look at the party makeup and it seems to be combatant heavy so would prefer not to fill the departing fighter's boots.

Had a concept for a Hobniz Bard (Archeologist) Verko Ficolfate that I'd likely pitch.

Would also need a wee while to get him built, agreed upon with yourself and to catch up on the game thusfar.

Sounds good. Bards are always fun.

No rush as we are still getting the current two groups set to integrate.

I am really not happy about having to drop the game. I am big on commitment but I really can't see being able to invest the time in both games in the manner I need to for the game to be good.

There will be plenty of the same in this game. They are going on at the same time.

Jack

I am not happy about it but I needed to drop one and the Saltmarsh Campaign is the long term game and our post rate was slow on this one due to all of us just being busy. Maybe at some point I can pick it back up for us when the dust settles.
