So for those that haven't been following, Kobold Press is holding its Monarch of the Monsters contest and my entry is in the top 5. Voting ends Thursday. More votes for my phlogistian faerie to close the huge gap between it and the first place entry would be greatly appreciated. If you feel compelled to vote for another monster, I understand. They're all great. (If you vote for the mask wight though, don't tell me. It's got enough votes as it is.)

I emailed him about it the day it came out. He never responded but implied in a forum post that he was getting certain little fixes done before it went to print.
It's a minor annoyance but having my name on a book with Richard Pett and Owen K.C. Stevens is a big feather in my cap.
First two rolls of the game and neither above a five... this is looking bad.
Tark, you need to design a torc. I think Tark's torc of tortured tutelage is a good name. It'll fit in just fine with all the other ones in this year's wondrous item round.

Now that I've finished it without DLC's I'ma getting all the dlc's and the Slap Morrigan mod. Because g!~&&% morrigan.

Sorry, I was really excited about the game and had my character made and it just took so long to get going that I lost most of my steam. It's been hard to get it back, especially with the various things I have taking up my attention right now. I'm trying, because I did originally want to play.
So what's needed to pick up the pace on this folks? What can I do on my end to make this more interesting? I'll do what I can if people put in the effort.

A common practice in PbP (especially in combat) is that if a character doesn't post in 1-2 days, you npc him for that round. If they take any damage, its nonlethal so they only fall unconscious.
So how many active players do we have right now? Do we need to recruit?
Broderick, Parisos, Kon-Tao, and Timbre are still running, so far as I know. I'll make an effort to put absent members into NPC mode more often. If anyone is going to be absent for a prolonged period, put in a note here and I'll jump on it a lot quicker.

Hmmmm been thinking hard on this. I'll be the first to admit that the mobius weapon support was rather anemic. The new stuff is big on making those sorts of options more "complete".
Currently thinking of getting the Razor Saw gadget for a mobius weapon later.
In fact I'll do exactly that. Grab the gadget for loudly exemplifying my technological superiority over doors. Third level grab the proficiency and loudly exemplify my technological superiority against things not immune to chainsaws.
How's that sound?

So from the look of it we've got one potential recruit hellbent on a human warpriest. The other is looking at a forgeborn from Ultimate Psionics. Not sure either one fills the "face" category, or healer, for that matter.
Sorry folks, but I've decided to shut this one down. I can't even get a recruit to take the time to put a character together, and the pacing of PbP just starts to chafe after awhile. Thank you all for the game, but I think it's time to put it to bed. I'm running my other one until it crashes again, then I'll close that one up as well.
I may do some one-shots in the future. If anyone's interested in those, let me know and I'll save you a virtual seat.

Honestly have you considered running one shots over skype/google hangouts over maptool?
I've had good success with one for a while. I've considered doing it again at the start of next year when I can afford to change my internet over to a not s%%~ty service.
I've got a regular weekly game with my friends, but this helps me get to stuff I really want to run when my group is doing something else. Don't know that I'd be able to schedule another block of time in the week for a skype game. Hell, I just picked up my first webcam and mic a month ago, for the sole purpose of doing business meetings online, and still have yet to hook them up and actually use them.
