yep, okay, so it looks like silver only did 26 dmg. At least I know for when I play gunslingers in the future.

by the way, I read through book 4 and it is more combat heavy than the last 3, not just because of harder battles, that is always going to be the case, but combat after combat with loads of enemies. And the roleplay value is somewhere between books 1 (almost none) and 2 (medium low). Or at least the way I see it possible to DM this book.

Loot
- +1 arrow x2 (I don't think this stacks with a bow enhancement?)
- Eyes of Eagle (+5 perception)
- Rod of metal and mineral detection (use to search for loot? But we kind of seem to auto-find loot, so I'm not sure if it'd actually be useful)
- Bottle of Shifting Sand
- Effigy of Anubis
- Scarab of Mummy Defense
There are also some bows that I'm assuming no one wants. If I'm wrong, you can just subtract the sell value from your gold.
Everybody gets 2,185 gold.
We also have the various relics. I'm guessing no one will want the +2 armor or +1 light mace, Elmar probably doesn't want the +2 bow. I also already have a neck item slot, so no Scarab of Mummy Defense for me. I'll calculate that extra gold in a minute.
From the relics, we get an extra 3868.8 gold each. If you want to claim a sold item, just subtract both the sell value and the extra relic gold from the amount of money you're getting.

Elmar Thonsson |

Elmar's current goggles are better than those.
Also, Zub, we should get you a Keen Amulet of Mighty Fists, especially once you get Pummeling Charge in a few levels.

Kaylor Traice |

Selling some more things and taking in to account that we're now 4 instead of 5, everybody gets an extra 1949.96 gold.
Nobody said anything, so I'm grabbing the goggles (and subtracting it from my gold), we'll keep the rod for a bit and maybe sell it later, and the effigy and two scarabs are up for grabs still.

okay so the idea of pfs credit comes up. Since all I have to do is run the adventure path and aps don't have to follow the rules of pfs, ie 20 point buy, run exactly as is, etc. I was wondering who might want pfs credit? The PFS credit can be applied to any existing legal pfs character that fits in the level range. as you don't need to play that character to apply credit for the adventure path.
obviously the people who were with me from the very beginning would get credit for all 3 books. I'll just put in the date that I filled out the pfs sheet. Zub if he wanted would get credit for books 2 and 3.
I would give credit to those interested, just not sure about how I go about reporting it. But I'd also like to know who wants credit and if anyone knows how I report the stuff.

Kaylor Traice |

I see no downside to taking PFS credit, so I will as well.

DoubleGold |

I'm good taking PFS credit. I can report it for you if you'd like.
sure thing. #135676 so that when you feel out the chronicle sheet you can put it at the bottom. Obviously I don't have advanced scanners and everything, so I can't really sign, as you'll just have to sign DoubleGold for me at the bottom. Make sure to also provide a link to them here in the dicussion thread even if you pm them, so we (especially I) can check them over. The only downside is that when you play an AP for pfs credit, you can't make day job checks.
oh and make sure you let us know which character you are applying it to. all of them give you 3 xp and 4 pp. And Yes it says the DM can apply credit to one of his/her characters, but I don't want credit because I'm playing book 1 on pfs day. You can find all the info free as to what people get on additional resources. Players have found every last bit of treasure, so nothing should be crossed out.
for book one you can apply it to any level 1 or 2 character, but you gain 3 xp.
for book two you can apply it to any level 4-6 character, but you gain 3 xp. so unfortunately if taking credits for book 1 and 2 right away, they have to be applied to 2 different characters.
for book 3 you can apply it any level 7-9 character, but you gain 3 xp. So if you have a level 6 character you can apply books 2 and 3 to him/her and be level 8.

This is an unexpected (and pleasant) surprise. Do you know how we should handle the earned gold and available magic items for purchase sections?

Book 1: # 106336-5 Yugatta Sakittumi
Book 2: # 106336-6 Xichikitte
Book 3: # 106336-11 Ezekias Silverthane

Kaylor Traice |

Do we need to decide now who to apply the credit to? The first book ~may~ be going towards my -1 character, but I don't have any characters high enough level for the later books yet. Although I might just give them all to my -1 character eventually.

DoubleGold |

not sure really as we could put other pfs chronicles on delay for some people, I think.

DoubleGold |

I'll actually like credit applied to character number 2 for books 2 and 3. Which is Zac Freelan. He can't apply it yet, because he is not of a legal level yet, but having the chronicles would be nice, thanks.
Definitely can't have my number 1 character level up too soon as he is going to play the crypt of the everflame trilogy.
But don't give me a chronicle for book 1 because I'm playing a character in the gameday that will get credit for that.

Kaylor Traice |

Ok, slightly new method of doing loot: I sell most of the stuff and if you want something, you simply buy it back for its sell value (and possibly mention it if there aren't enough for everybody). On that note, everybody gets 63,325 gold.
Loot to Buy (there are 4 of each, so you don't need to speak up if you want one).
- +1 Scimitar: 1,157.5 gold
- +1 Longbow: 1,187.5 gold
- +4 Breastplate: 8,175 gold
Other loot that we're keeping
- 4 potions of CMW
- 20 +1 flaming arrows

Elmar Thonsson |

Also, I have an animal companion. He never gets mentioned, but his name is Chrysophrase, and he is a majestic desert wolf that Elmar theoretically rides around on but is never actually needed in combat.

Kaylor Traice |

And Kaylor continues to hang out almost all of the time, instead letting the much more charming Remiel do his chatting for him.
Remiel is also still scouting from the air, while Kaylor now scouts on ground.

Levelled.

Kaylor Traice |

I, too, am leveled.
Just a heads up, I will be traveling/at a conference from this Monday the 10th to the following Monday, Novemeber 17th. I don't know how much time/internet access I'll have during that period, so feel free to bot me. I have instructions in my profile.

Kaylor Traice |

I did say that. But I guess that wound up not happening before I had a chance to get online.
And my flight was to Istanbul. I'm currently at a conference here.

Kaylor Traice |

Kaylor is leveled, but I haven't yet updated his profile with the changes.

Posting to all my games:
Tomorrow (Friday) through the following Sunday (Nov 30th), I'll be travelling abroad with zero electronic access. Please bot me as necessary to move the story along -- do not wait for me to act.
I'll post again when I'm back, stuffed full of Italian food and (hopefully not too much) reverse-jetlagged.
Those who celebrate Thanksgiving next week, have a good one. Those who don't, have a good week in general.

DoubleGold |

will do, also this is the last battle of the book, which means more pfs credit. So let me or zub know which character.
