Heh. For an example of PCs that my various groups have run, here is a summary. One of the more interesting characters we had for Way of the Wicked was a tibbit (halfing sized house cat shapechanger)ranger who took flaws that made her vulnerable to cat things. For example, there is one that causes you to be fascinated when a light spell is cast (IE cats with a laser pointer). Another was aloofness, and so on. She also had a giant ferret as an animal companion. During Way of the Wicked, we had to assassinate a dwarf leader of some construction workers. So the tibbit turned into a cat, and suffocated the dwarf by sitting on his mouth. Those with cats will know that they have this tendency, and seeing as she was an 18 lb all muscle housecat, the dwarf didn't have a chance, especially since he rolled a 1 on his Fort save vs suffocation.

If it's just to the 3.5 version I have that, I was just hoping there was a pathfinder version (the Hexcrafter archetype is nice but it's not the same).
I rather liked my shadow debuffer :3
Thankies!

Hmmm... Do you take the Drow Noble as a CR 1.. its not technically classified as one the way it is printed.
At will Feather Fall and Levitate > Climbing
Noble Drow is CR +1. If nothing else 12 SR at 1st level is a big deal. Also, there are the feat chains allowing a regular drow to become a noble, but I also know how much of a hit that can be to a normal build.

I sent you the doc in a post via PM.
@Stormcrow27: Could you forward that to me as well?
Thanks!
Well, for a fun idea I've been kicking around: I have a simple Mummy's Mask Oread Fighter (Phalanx Soldier Archetype) I have been dying to try for a while...I eventually want him to start on the Stone Monolith Prestige Class around 6th level if possible too!

TheGodd*mnPlayer |

I have run Drow Nobles as either player and GM and never had a problem. It just depends on if the player is wanting to abuse their powers. that SR means they need to spend actions to lower SR to get healed. So an extra turn.
Thought I might create a half-Troll character instead.. so many ideas.
Kitsune wouldn't be bad but you would need to take all your flaws, and fighter to meet having all the tails feats.

Oh and if you want to know, yes emerging guns as per the normal Paizo. At least that PCs would have access to. If we're going to be on Golarion, the Gunworks in Alkenstar can make revolvers and single shot cartridge rifles (since apparently rifled flintlock muskets with mini-balls are passé), as well as gatling guns, 1860s cannon, and steam powered/clockwork powered mechs. However, they're the only ones who retain that technology at present and don't sell it on the open market or closed market. They do sell everything else though. Other magically enhanced empires or individuals can and do construct war machines and vehicles/golems/genetically engineered combat forms (owlbear, anyone?) for war. Stuff from the tech guide/Iron Gods is also available as always.

Hmm. Kitsune Fighter 2/Arcanist 1 with two flaws is interesting. It has 7 feats, two of which are combat, and one metamagic from Metamagic Knowledge. It's going to be absolutely rubbish later on, of course, but the ability to cast Confusion is neat for a 3rd level character. Does SLA save DC key off of HD or spell level?
Regardless, it has absolutely zero combat ability, apart from Confusion, and it only achieves that at third level.
Maybe go unchained Rogue from that point. Might make it salvageable. You'd probably also go arcanist on first level, to mitigate the suckage of being a gimped fighter with social SLAs.
Edit: Also, to maximize the strangeness, be a human and select Racial Heritage(Kitsune) as your bonus level 1 feat.

Would this mean that we're setting it in a later point in time on golarion, or is it just an alternate interpretation of the same setting material?
Traditionally, people keep the sci-fi or 'mass produced' elements of Golarion very contained, unrealistically so even, to the point that Kingmaker games will ban the tech guide despite ostentiably having Numeria right next door.

stormcrow27 |

Alternate interpretation. Sci-fi items are available for purchase in Numeria or where other members of the Technic League flock. Emerging firearms can be ordered from the Alkenstart Gunworks, as can siege weapons, but they're expensive to buy and maintain. Consider that a gunslinger spends a gp or more every time they fire a weapon. Abundant ammunition only works on the bullet, not the powder. The key for Numerian items is that you have to have the right contacts, or the right feats/class/manufacturing sites and recharging them is obviously a major pain. They're no different then most magic items in that fashion, and I have also found a lot of players won't use them due to the desire to keep things pre-gunpowder. "Psionic/psychic" items are just another form of magic as well, and are as prevalent as any normal magic item. Point based/Dreamscarred psionic users are less well known then the normal psychic spell slot based characters from Occult Adventures, but both types exist as alternate paths to power. Exotic vehicles can also be constructed, but they're expensive and time consuming just like golems.
Another note: If you want to get a magical beast/mount for your animal companion types, it's possible. Even dragons, though they're no where near as powerful as real ones are. Given a combo of two of the 3rd party rule sets I use, you could even be a dragon paragon who multiclasses into a dragonrider/pet class and commands their own dragon. So a dragon mastering another dragon. Just some thoughts for the future.
And @He's Dead Jim Living Monolith is fine.
As an old GM of mine once said, I want to use ALL of the toys, not just some of them.

Correction: Living Monolith (Thank you!)
Thanks for the approval! I appreciate it. Just gotta find a Sphinx in-game now who will assist me in the transformation process...which in Mummy's Mask (if that's what we do) should be pretty good I would guess.
If we do something else I will adjust as needed. I'm flexible.
On the Mount thing...
What about mount-like Cohorts? Would you allow the Leadership Feat at all? In some APs its pretty appropriate, in others it's not.

I haven't been in a game where Leadership wasn't allowed. Mount like cohorts are fine, and they can take class levels provided they meet the requirements. For example, the high chancellor (2nd ranking noble in our Kingmaker game) was an elan psion. He had a giant eagle scout as his cohort, who eventually became the kingdom marshal. For high crimes, death was being dropped from the eagle's talons at 5,000 feet. If they survived, then the eagle would dive bomb the target until it was dead. Aerial avenger works really well in that type of scenario... Of course, good DMs will increase challenges if you have an entire party of cohorts along with the PCs. For other examples of mount cohorts/animal companions, one of the paladins we played with for a moderate time had a homosexual unicorn mount named Gus. Another character had a 10th level bard combined into his dwarven revolver. And so on. Of course, my favorite was the disciple of metal who had his own heavy metal band. And an intelligent axe bass guitar shaped like Gene Simmons' from Kiss, who had flaming invective three times a day. The axe's lyrics were so powerful it could set people on fire with an Intimidate check, which flaming invective worked great for.

If I take Aasimar can I trade the SLA for the 70 on the Random Dice roll or do I need to roll for it?
Can this do a d100?

Here is my dice rolls, really interested in a STP Erudite.
4d6 [14]
4d6 [14]
4d6 [16]
4d6 [13]
4d6 [13]
4d6 [12]
Rerolls will be in a following post.EDIT: Well those are.. meh.
Spell to Power Erudite are one of those things that are completely not fun (knowing 1 power a day sucks, even if it can be literally anything each day), until abruptly it gets insanely good.
