Nope. But he must draw the line at creating undead... of any type, unfortunately... cause Pathfinder has decided that ALL undead even unintelligent ones are Evil and their creation is an evil act... regardless of what their state in life might have been.
In 3.5 D&D unintelligent undead like skeltons and zombies we not evil but neutral.

I vote for you (Ashe) to run her although I'm willing if you'd prefer for somebody else to.
{Shrug}... I've thought about it.. and formulated some plans.. so sure I can run Trinia... depending upon if she an adventurer type. Last time the party encountered her she was a spellcasting bard... not sure what level she was then or if its changed.

My intention would be to make her ...kinda a part of Ashe's posts ...like I do Majenko. It would add a little more 'flavor' to my posts as Ashe.. not meaning that Ashe and Trinia would always get along...they love each other yes, but I doubt they are both Lawful Good. Ashe and Majenko don't always see eye to eye.. and the Tiny Dragon is often doing things Ashe does not approve of! Trinia would be no different they are both individuals..and I'd try to play them as such.
My real question would be how much ...customization could we do in regards archetypes, feats and whatnot for a 7th level bard?

If I'm allowed to play and or build trinia.... rest assured she will NOT be weak and will be able to contribute to the party. But keep in mind she is only 7th level. We are all 9th. I seriously doubt that she overshadow any of the pcs.

Ok.. I'll play her {no inuendo meant}... but likely her stats are as per 3rd Edition and are not actually in Pathfinder Standard.. I state this cause you have no listed CMB or CMD..and you have with her BaB her bonus versus grp {graple}, and you have spot and listen instead of perception, Balance, Jump, and Tumble instead of flat Acrobatics, AND as a Pathfinder Human of 7th level..she should have 5 feats~ you have listed only 4... which are all purely a 3rd Edition listing. So Trinia will likely have to be converted to Pathfinder Standard.
I'm debating between adding a Archetype... Soundstriker or Arcane Duelist... if that is acceptable? I have... plans for Trinia... I think with a little inspiration and some training.. Trinia should make a Great Blackjack! :)

I've finished Trinia... but I'm concerned. The Sound Striker build seems a bit too powerful.
I'm currently comparing the Arcane Duelist build to a 'clean' non-Archetype Bard Build.
Since Ashe and Edmund have not officially sold all their loot from the previous chapters in Kaer Maga... I will save some of the gear from Ashe's share of the loot to give to Trinia as a gift... eventually she will have the entire Blackjack Regalia as well.
Likely at 11th level Ashe will take Leadership feat and Trinia as his Cohort.

Ah... ok.. That makes it a bit more reasonable! Looks like they removed the fort save for half damage as well. Also they changed the damage to purely sonic... so.. it does not count as a weapon doing B/P/S damage ...nor is is subject to DR; but that also means Arcane Strike will no longer function with it ..as it is purely a elemental energy attack. Though Inspire Courage will still work with it as it requires an attack roll and is not a spell. Interesting. Fine... I'll go with that new errata and use the Trinia - Bard "Sound Striker" build.

And here is the completed Trinia - Bard "Sound Striker", the BLACKJACK in training...wielding the Regalia of the Hero of the people. At her next level 8th...she will get her second Weird Word and have a BaB of +6 for two attacks. She is already set up to seamlessly take the Harrower Prestige class at 9th... when she can take the Harrowed feat... TACTICS
During Combat: Trinia activates her inspire courage bardic music ability on the first round of combat, then spends the next 4 rounds casting spells (charm monster on the biggest opponent to take them out of the fight, haste otherwise, followed by glitterdust, hideous laughter, and suggestion) and reactivating her inspire courage every few rounds if the combat lasts that long.
Morale: Trinia attempts to flee combat if brought below 10 hit points, unless a good friend or ally is still in danger, in which case she'll do everything in her power to try to save him before she runs.

Akina seems to be keeping herself at arms length from the "personal" problems of the group. She doesn't seem willing at all to entertain any conversation that does not pertain to her own personal mission.
Just saying, it was late afternoon after the lunch we were ALL invited too. The conversation was taking place in Jasan's secure room below the Blackbird Farm House.. where Neolandis revealed all he knew about Queen Ileosa's possible source of power... we all would have been there to hear it. It was actually turning into the evening.

I'm aware. In my mind since Akina drove the wagon she is reasonably the only person who stayed up all night through. She also spent all day preparing the funeral rites. Since she doesn't have divine magic like Ashe to keep her up (stand watch) or the ability to wipe the fatigue. She would likely sleep in later than the rest of you.
