As Koldur his primary objective has being met.
He's tested himself against the tower, found wealth that could help finance the kingdom as well as his companions and pushed himself to his limits.
I would like to run the kingdom but I'm woefully inadequate for the job so I'll leave it to the NPCs.
Instead I would like to explore the stolen lands even further. Developing the lands and such, returning to the capital when needed to heal up, resupply or to follow up on Kingdom news.

So, a half-elf skald, a Dwarven cleric, and a Dwarven fighter, is that what we have now? We may miss having a rogue or a full arcane caster, I suppose.
Your full arcane support in Blue Dove/Seraphina does not seem to be coming back.
You could pick from the NPCs to join you, recruit an NPC, or recruit a new player.

Ingvarr is levelled up to 7th. This is a big level for him as he gets 3rd level spells, raging song is now only a move action to start, and his versatile performance now pumps up Sense Motive and Bluff to his "Sing" skill modifier of +25.
Say hello to Haste and Raging Song during the battle!
Oh, and he took Skald's Vigor as his feat, which gives him fast healing 2 while performing. Hopefully at 10th level if we get there he will have Greater Skald's Vigor and share with everyone.

Leadership is a feat you may get if you meet the requirements.
First I would like to know what you intend on retraining the feats to. For now you will have to wait to change the trait. What was your animal companion?

Bill if I remember. You rode him. Anyways so what are you changing those feats to then? Traits don't change, ever. You are welcome to point out where it talks about retraining a trait in the rules but I don't think I will budge on this issue.

First I want to start this off with a positive note: I appreciate all of the players that have stuck through my hard times. I know my absences can be trying at times.
To sum it up in as few words as possible I am sorry for the lack of communication. I have been dealing with depression, the new school year, and making sure none of it affects my priority #1: my son.
Yeah work has been crazy as a lot more work has been put into teaching these last two weeks.
What I would like from the players that are still around is what you would like to see in the near future in our game. Next if you wish to get to the end of a chapter and end it on a high note or continue with the campaign.
I have date night with my wife tonight. So I plan to make some major posts and then continue updating later in the evening.

Speaking for myself, I would be happy to keep playing through the adventure. I think you should assess if DM-ing it is a welcome distraction in your life, or if it is an added burden. If the former, keep going as long as it works for you…if the latter, I suggest you bring it to an appropriate high point and retire it.

I think I got Flouncy leveled up right. Had to lower some stats, but he's OK.
Picked Fly as his 3rd level spell. Flying fighters are a ton of fun!

A caster would be good. Flouncy didn't roll good dice, so he's not real impressive as a caster.

I had listed a trained riding dog is that ok? I was looking to having him trained with the following tricks

Since he would be trained to track, say a large bloodhound, could I have his skill point from Acrobatics moved to Survival which would give him Acrobatics +2 (+6 jump) Survival +5 (+9 tracking by scent)
