I've added the cash value of most of the gems, art, and other mundane items - a total of 4700gp - to our party ledger.
I did want to claim the circlet as Colwyn's new crown, so he can pass his coral crown along to Melianse.

I didn't put the items belonging to Numesti on our ledger because it seems like we might want to return them to his daughter (or him, if he's still alive).

I already have evasion naturally.
So I have done some recaculating on my HP because it seemed awfully low and realized that it was when I looked back at all my HP rolls over the levels. I also realized I never accounted for the favored class bonus for my cleric levels so those have been added as HP as well. I really need a belt of con at this point.
I don't have any rings currently and evasion my help me survive the next cone of cone (if I can make the save that is). I could certainly use it until I find something more suited/we return to base.
I could make use of the cloak of resistance if no-one else needs it.
I have a cloak of resist already so sounds good to me.
No objection! PCs always get priority over NPC recruits.
We have 5 +1 rigs of protection so you can definitely gear some of your cohorts up as well
I can use one of those too.

I've included it here and there in posts over the years. In Colwyn's backstory, his former bandit gang members got him drunk, robbed him, and left him for the Restov guard to arrest.
At first he swore off his hard-drinking ways to ensure that no one would ever be able to trick and trap him like that again. Ever since founding the barony, though, his motivation for remaining sober has changed so he can be as capable and respectable as possible for the subjects suddenly looking to him for leadership.

I don't want to dictate the party's actions in the name of moving things along, but my last post in the Gameplay thread is a good plan that I see for moving forward.
I think we agreed that Vibenia is first in the marching order? Unless we're trying to be stealthy?
So, did we want that silence spell up before going in? If so I'll cast it on Vibenia now and we can rely on Waffles to handle communications.

Kingmaker and Skull & Shackles both have the problem of having a party member who has a rank. A 'King' and a 'Captain'.
This tends to have the other players waiting for the rank holder to say what they are going to do, which slows thing down often.
If things are getting slow please take your action rather than holding back waiting for orders. :)
It's more I don't think anyone decision was made about it. Unless I missed it of course.
Marten is not a stealth guy, so he's waiting for stealth people to take the lead. :)
Yeah, Kingmaker's biggest flaw (and to some degree Skull & Shackles as well) tends to stall out if the designated Ruler/Captian's post frequency drops off for any reason.

Sorry about that, guys. I didn't even consider that my role as Ruler for the kingdom building might translate into being party leader, even if just unofficially.
I'll be aware of that going forward and try to be more assertive.

Those who aren't great at hiding should probably wait in the hallway until the trap is sprung. If he spots people when he's walking in he'll just haul ass back to his room.
Once he's compromised, we take him out. If someone can hold or otherwise block the secret door, his goons will have to come down the hallway single-file.
Once the fighting ensues Zelera will be going to the door to his room to try and cut him off.

You are correct. The Baron is still fighting in M40. Lady Maray is staying out of the way. The Baroness might have been woken up by the Baron's shouting.

Ok, end of a miserable week. I've finished the course of medication and am generally getting better. The infection is clearing up and is a lot less painful.

Our current withdrawal rate to convert BP to gold is 1,000 per BP, and our kingdom has 28 BP.
Obviously, we want to try and negotiate her down from 20,000, but I wish I had an idea of any non-evil alternatives.
The way DBH describes the wizard, Imeckus Stroon, he almost sounds like he'd be useful serving the kingdom somehow. I doubt he's trustworthy, though.
