If you're making Herodion, Mathis, and the prisoners go at full hustle, it'll take 24 hours, which you cannot do continuously without a fort roll. Exploring on your way there will take six days.
Obviously you can do any combination in between also.

As we're talking money: wasn't there a bounty on those bandits? And will Oleg buy all that stuff we've brought back?
Also a reminder: should we face bears, Gage and I have bear traps.

There is a bounty on the bandits, it's 400 gp after a week (the swordlords have to notice the decrease in activity).
And Oleg will buy up to 500 gp worth of your supplies, and will also happily use his own money (out of that same 500) to assist with repairs.
That being said, if you have supplies that could be used to assist with repairs, you can deduct that from the repair price.
Somebody mentioned the roof, Oleg is pretty much done with that now, no need to waste time or money.

I think we have at least six horses. Derra and I both have horses and we got at least four more from the bandits that attacked the OutPost. I am not sure who else had a horse when the first started the campaign.
