Hi everyone, I'm still there, but couldn't properly post into the game thread for the last week. I've had about 6 posts gnawed by the forum bugs. It seems to get better now.
I have everything updated, except for my 3rd level feat choice.
GM Hy: I was thinking of choosing "Brew Potion" as my feat. If Xarafine can make cure potions for the party, it might help us with healing. She could also make other potions for different situations.
Or, as a second choice, I could choose Scribe Scroll for her, to give us a similar back-up, just with a little less flexibility.
I know the intent was for this to be a fairly low-magice campaign, so I don't know how those particular feats fit into that scheme. Let me know. :-}
No problem. I was thinking along the same lines. We don't have the materials to make a proper lab with us at the moment, so Xarafine will have to wait until we make a stop back at Oleg's again.
I'll update Finn during the week-end. With the second level of paladin, he will get access to lay on hands as well. I'll take dazzling display as 3rd level feat.

Took the rogue level -- decided after some consideration to give him Sniper archetype, if this is okay.
3rd level feat is Weapon Finesse--we've had some close quarters fights so he's needed to use his sword a lot.
Skill points into Acrobatics (he's going to be practicing how to take a fall better...), Disable Device (hold over from when he was helping disarm all those bear traps much earlier in the campaign), his usual knowledges and rangery skills.

I will be going for 3rd level Cavalier and won't start branching out until after 4th as I want Bein to start training horses. I think it would be neat when we eventually start building a Kingdom if we all had a particular profession. Bein's will be training Warhorses, light or heavy or both lol!

Yeah, Bein is remaining behind to guard the camp since, Finn, Xara and Jack are way more stealthy compared to him in full armor. Also someone has to guard the prisoner ;D

Guys, do we need to check in on where we are? The game's been rather slow moving for awhile, and some participants not really able to post more than once a week at most. I don't know the Kingmaker storyline, but I doubt we're even out of the first book, or barely into the second, and it's been what, two years? That is no one's fault, and I like that we've often been slow moving because we've taken the time to RP and investigate stuff. At the same time, it really feels to me we are putting energy into this with diminishing returns, with uncertainty about how much everyone can participate in the future.
I also don't know if we'd need to recruit someone to replace our cavalier, and if someone would be willing to go into a slow moving game--although that is a draw for some.
Sorry to see you go Bein. - I know the game's been slow, but it's been good fun. I'll post a recruitment thread soon.
Corerue, I've had fun playing with you. I hope your RL issues will be solved as soon as possible.
To all the others, I'm for going on as well. I like the way everyone is playing and the moral dilemma every character seems to have. I have my responsibilities in the slow pace of the game but right now with my third child just born, I can't promise anything except posting at least as soon as I've done in the past.
