Sorry guys, I really liked how this campaign started, but due to issues in a Kingmaker campaign I was happily playing in, they've left me underwhelmed and have ultimately put a spanner in the works for any current and future games/posts on these forums.
I won't be playing Pathfinder anymore, as others have well and truly spoiled things for me, but I wish you all the best, and feel free to GMPC me where needed.

My suggestion, for what works best when I DM, is to do all the perception and initiative rolls for them and put it in order so we have an idea of it all at once. Also I will have everyone post for one round at a time. Just suggestions.
I prefer to let everyone roll for themselves if they dont soon i will do it for them.

It just speeds things up a bit. Though I fully support you in wanting everyone roll for themselves it does put the ball in their court.

Well, I'm back as I want to see how effective Lelouch is in this campaign. If he fails miserably I'll leave, but I'm posting in several things at the minute, so I'd like to see how the first combat goes.

I think this game has basically fallen apart. unless there are very strong feelings otherwise I think it will be discontinued.
