I want to run a LONG campaign focused on where the PC wanna go. i MAY use AP's or i may make stuff up. I have requirements.

6 4D6 rolls, reroll ALL if you get 3 or more 10's or less.

All CORE books and inner sea books. (no unchained, mythic or occult)

Core races, i would also like a background when the teams together of how you met

Start point is up to the group, it can be anywhere in Golarion. if you cant come to unanimous vote then it will start in Irresen.

You tell me how you want the campaign. want it slow? tons of battles? lots of adventuring? i can come up with a plot for anything.

Let the submissions begin! Any questions, PLEASE Message me alone

Cool. I LOVE homebrew Golarion campaigns.
The choice of players is KEY! Great role-players make mediocre campaigns awesome! I like campaigns with character development, excellent roleplay opportunities, moderate amount of battles, and the actions of the adventuring party having real conscequences on Golarion.
Well, let's see what the Dice Gods say about me submitting to this campaign.
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 6, 6) = 20 17
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 1, 5) = 13 12
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 4, 3) = 12 10
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 2, 3) = 11 9
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 5) = 15 14
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 3, 2) = 11 9
Reroll, then.
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 2, 1) = 8 7
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 5, 6) = 14 13
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 4, 2) = 16 14
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 6, 5) = 19 16
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 2, 3) = 11 9
4d6: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 6, 5) = 19 17
Some good numbers, some horrible. I'm thinking wizard, but that might change.

Interested
Stat: 4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 6, 2, 5) - 1 = 13
Stat: 4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 5, 3, 3) - 1 = 11
Stat: 4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 4, 1, 2) - 1 = 7
Stat: 4d6 - 2 ⇒ (5, 6, 2, 3) - 2 = 14
Stat: 4d6 - 1 ⇒ (5, 1, 3, 4) - 1 = 12
Stat: 4d6 - 2 ⇒ (6, 5, 2, 4) - 2 = 15
A 14 point buy..I think I will pass.
good luck to all but I do not feel the urge to come up with a character with these stats..lol

thanks for your interest :)

4d6 - 2 ⇒ (5, 5, 4, 2) - 2 = 14
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (6, 2, 4, 1) - 1 = 12
4d6 - 5 ⇒ (6, 6, 6, 5) - 5 = 18

4d6 - 3 ⇒ (3, 4, 4, 5) - 3 = 13
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 6, 2, 5) - 1 = 13

I do not yet know if I have time for another game, but I like rolling dice. :)

Yes. It's making me think I might want to try to squeeze in one more game anyway. Heh.

I'll leave it to whether I'm inspired with an interesting concept or not.

Edit: I just realized that if I get in and stubbornly vote Irrisen despite what the rest of the group wants, I'm guaranteed to get the starting point I want. XD

Would you allow:

Race Human
Feats Racial Heritage Frost Giant and Born of Frost (+1d6 cold damage unarmed)

I’ve got this character concept I’ve been itching to play.

4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 6, 5) = 16 15
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 6, 3) = 18 15
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 3, 6) = 13 12
4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 3, 3) = 16 13
4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 3, 6) = 18 15
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 5, 5) = 15 14

15/15/15/14/13/12

30 point buy. No scores really stand out though. Hmm...this character concept might not work out anyways...though I suppose Str17 might be good enough to represent someone part Giant...

Sounds fun!

4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 6, 3) = 16 - 3 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 1, 4) = 11 - 1 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 4, 1) = 15 - 1 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 2, 5) = 15 - 2 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 2, 3) = 13 - 2 = 11
4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 4, 5) = 20 - 4 = 16

@PixiePym - is Ultimate Wilderness considered CORE? I'm not much of a min/maxer, so I thought I'd try a Shifter with the Wolf aspect... Otherwise, there are plenty of options!!!

Been a while since I actually rolled for ability scores :)

4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 3, 6) = 18 15
4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 1, 1) = 5 4
4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 3, 2) = 14 12
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 5, 6) = 17 16
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 3, 5) = 16 13
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 5, 5) = 16 15

Looks like I would be keeping those. Ouch on the 4 (!!) That will be interesting to role play. Horrible disfigurement and horrible attitude (CHA)? Debilitating disease (STR)?

Hmm....

4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 3, 2) = 12 11
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 6, 6) = 18 15
4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 6, 5) = 16 14
4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 5, 3) = 20 17
4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 4, 6) = 19 16
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 5, 1) = 12 11

That's a quite tidy little array...

PM sent PixiePym...

I'd be interested if you're okay with a Dwarf Investigator/Bloodrager

20+ year experience gaming, none online but looking to try!

Honestly i just want a game. I like a good mix of rp and combat but i just like the shared experience.

4d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 1, 6) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 4, 6) = 21
4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 4, 3) = 10
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 2, 1) = 9
4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 6, 3) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 1, 2) = 8
reroll...
4d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 1, 4) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 2, 4) = 11
4d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 6, 5) = 17
4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 4, 5) = 16
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 6, 4) = 20
4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 6, 6) = 17
That's... a lot better...

Love home brewed games. Let's see what I've got to work with.

Rolls:
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 1, 6) = 13 = 12
4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 1, 3) = 11 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (4, 4, 5, 1) = 14 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 6, 6) = 15 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 4, 5) = 11 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 2, 2) = 10 = 9

Rerolling then...

4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 6, 6) = 18 = 16
4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 5, 1) = 13 = 12
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 6, 6) = 23 = 18
4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 3, 5) = 17 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 2, 5) = 15 = 13
4d6 ⇒ (3, 4, 6, 6) = 19 = 16

...Yes. Just, yes. A 47 point buy.

I feel like I just seriously used up all my luck, though.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 6, 2) = 10 9
4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 5) = 17 16
4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 3, 2) = 10 9
4d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 3, 5) = 14 12
4d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 2, 3) = 13 11
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 2, 6) = 12 11

That's going to be unusable... oh well.

I feel like you have to play something truly unexpected with those rolls, like a dwarf bard. Lol

I like rolling dice, who doesn't? Well I mean until you find out what you rolled, but before that? Well there's excitement to be had.

I'm not quite putting down a dot yet, but I hope you don't mind if I throw some dice down.

Roll 1: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 4, 6) = 21
Roll 2: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 2, 1) = 12
Roll 3: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 6, 5) = 17
Roll 4: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 4, 1) = 10
Roll 5: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 5) = 15
Roll 6: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 6, 2) = 18

Roll 1 Outcome: 6 + 5 + 6 = 17
Roll 2 Outcome: 3 + 6 + 2 = 11
Roll 3 Outcome: 4 + 6 + 5 = 15
Roll 4 Outcome: 3 + 2 + 4 = 9
Roll 5 Outcome: 6 + 3 + 5 = 14
Roll 6 Outcome: 6 + 4 + 6 = 16

Let's see!

4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 5, 6) = 22 17
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 1, 6) = 15 14
4d6 ⇒ (4, 6, 6, 2) = 18 16
4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 5, 3) = 12 11
4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 5, 2) = 17 15
4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 3, 5) = 19 16
46 pt. buy? Aint gonna complain, but where were these dice rolls for the WotR recruitment I applied to an hour ago? :P I seriously rolled an 8 point buy that time.

Still, if this is going to be a long-running game, I'm okay with these. Let me think and build.

The Exchange

Alrighty:
Roll 1:: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 5, 2) = 12
Roll 2:: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 1) = 15
Roll 3:: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 5, 4) = 11
Roll 4:: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 4, 6) = 18
Roll 5:: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 3, 1) = 7
Roll 6:: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 1, 1) = 7

So 10,14,10,16,6,6. I shall take that full reroll

Reroll 1:: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 4, 1) = 14
Reroll 2:: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 6, 5, 2) = 19
Reroll 3:: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 3, 5) = 16
Reroll 4:: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 5, 1) = 11
Reroll 5:: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 3, 1) = 11
Reroll 6:: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 6, 6) = 22

Alrighty, this looks more managable: 13,17,14,10,10,18

Spoiler:

Array 1

Array 1: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 5, 6) = 20
Array 2: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 5, 4) = 17
Array 3: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 1, 1) = 7
Array 4: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 2, 2) = 9
Array 5: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 5, 1, 5) = 13
Array 6: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 3, 2) = 12

16, 14, 6, 7, 12, 10. ey... gonna try the re-roll.

Array 2

Array 1: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 3, 6) = 14
Array 2: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 6, 4) = 16
Array 3: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 3, 1) = 9
Array 4: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 1, 3) = 11
Array 5: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 3, 5) = 13
Array 6: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 6) = 16

13, 14, 8, 10, 12, 15. Ugh. The Force is not with me rolling stats it seems. Never gotten a good array that way. Oh well. Have fun everyone.

4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 5, 5) = 1312

Oof. I suppose I could make a fighter or barbarian ...

Let's see what I get.

Roll: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 6, 3) = 20 -> 17
Roll: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 1, 1) = 13 -> 12
Roll: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 4, 3) = 13 -> 11
Roll: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 3, 5) = 15 -> 14
Roll: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 4, 4) = 11 -> 10
Roll: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 1, 1, 3) = 7 -> 6

Eh...Maybe with the right race/class combination I could find a way to make this work. Wizard is the only thing that jumps out at me, and I don't know if I want to play one of those. Something would have to get dumped hard, though. I'll think about it.

lol but the 4 has yet to be "beat"

I’m a sucker for rolled stats. Let’s see what the dice have to say.

4d6 - 3 ⇒ (6, 3, 6, 3) - 3 = 15
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (3, 2, 5, 3) - 2 = 11
4d6 - 3 ⇒ (3, 3, 5, 5) - 3 = 13
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (6, 6, 3, 2) - 2 = 15
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (3, 2, 5, 4) - 2 = 12
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (5, 2, 5, 1) - 1 = 12

Well. Nothing spectacular, but pretty well-rounded. I’ll think on some concepts.

Roll 1: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 1, 6) = 10 -1 = 9
Roll 2: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 5, 5) = 19 -4 = 15
Roll 3: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 6, 5, 1) = 17 -1 = 16
Roll 4: 4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 1, 5) = 15 -1 = 14
Roll 5: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 6, 3) = 14 -2 = 12
Roll 6: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 4, 1, 2) = 12 -1 = 11

16/15/14/12/11/9 Not bad, probably above average.

Would you be opposed to a Kitsune Frozen Shadow ninja? I was taking a look at the various archetypes that have come out of the inner sea books and frozen ninja jumped out to me. Kitsune would be fun to play. It's alternate forms taking on the white coat of a fox in winter.

i forgot.. one more rule. i know i said long but i wanna keep the team kinda together. i would like at least 4 max 6 to start but recruitment will remain open threw out the game if someone drops out or someone wants to play a NPC. Message me if your intrested in playing a NPC and ill give you the low down

Also, i will allow background skill modification

when you get your builds up, please submit them via PM so i can read them individually and give you any work that needs to be done to them. please and thank you :) first six, first picks.

Oh, so first six with a competed character sheet automatically get in?

in a way yes, unless it conflicts with someone elses buil or i think it wont fit in

Oh. I'll probably have to pass then. You should make that kind of thing clear in your recruitment post.

I've learned from experience that when I rush characters, I don't enjoy playing them.

i kinda thought everyone wanted to start soon but if everyone wants to think there's out then im fine with that, no rush, take your time. i just wanted a head count so i know how many are accualy intrested in playing. ill screen the submissions and see who will best fit hows that? i completely understan what you say when your rushed you dont enjoy them so please take your time :)

Alright, we back! Thank you for being understanding. It won't take more than a couple days and it'll be worth the wait.

Thinking a wizard or alchemist who got careless with an experiment (so yeah, disfigurement). Currently exploring background threads related to this.

Gold: 5d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3, 2, 5) = 17 x 10 = 170 gp.

Rolls:

4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 2, 3, 4) - 1 = 9
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 2, 2, 2) - 1 = 6
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (6, 2, 1, 3) - 1 = 11

4d6 - 2 ⇒ (2, 4, 6, 3) - 2 = 13
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (4, 2, 4, 2) - 2 = 10

Holy Carp! A Negative 2 point buy! Never seen something so horrific! It'd almost be fun to attempt it. Let's try again.

4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 1, 4, 3) - 1 = 8
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 5) - 1 = 16

4d6 - 4 ⇒ (4, 6, 4, 5) - 4 = 15
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (3, 1, 1, 1) - 1 = 5

Ok...7 point buy... getting better.

4d6 - 1 ⇒ (6, 6, 1, 5) - 1 = 17
4d6 - 3 ⇒ (5, 3, 3, 4) - 3 = 12

4d6 - 2 ⇒ (2, 5, 6, 4) - 2 = 15
4d6 - 1 ⇒ (4, 4, 1, 1) - 1 = 9

There we go. Third times a charm with a 41 point buy!

Let's see what I can come up with.

Thinking something versatile like a skills character or illusionist. I'll do an illusionist first, haven't played a core one.
