Kitsune Game Master

That's a lot of numbers. What damage did you actually do now?

Goblin Aether Kineticist 12 HP: 159/159 (84 NL) Force Ward: 24/24 | AC:29 T:17 FF:23 | Saves F:17 R:20 W:12 | Init: 7 | Per:19| CMB:4 CMD:21 | Speed 30ft | Burn: 7/8| Internal Buffer: 1

The line 'Piercing Damage' gives the total damage (36 in this case — I rolled almost maximum on the 3d6).
It's hard to present the total damage in one line when using Metakinesis. I'm trying to show the calculation, and make it clear how I'm coming up with the total number. I'm open to suggestions to improve the presentation.

As Bupkis' bolt shoots into the ooze, it splashes away in all directions. The grate sizzles where it is hit by the acidic stuff.

Seeing the metal gate fizzing, Daseem clutches at his sword, blessed to Our Lord in Iron and most precious to him, shrieking, "Aiiie"

Checking it was still sheathed and relaxing fractionally when it was, he instead drew his crossbow, spanned it and took a pot shot.

Hand crossbow: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8

Suddenly he noticed something else moving and he cried "Another!"

Menrozzar doesn't spot a second one, but he steps back, drawing his magic longbow and loosing an arrow at the one he does see.

Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
