The combination of a major construction project starting, a baby coming in three months and trying to potty train my daughter has just eaten up my days.

As far as shopping goes this book does not have a lot of opportunity built into it. Your in the woods right off the bat.
Anything is possible. You had a better chance before the gun shot but still they do look like they have had a bad time of it.

Sorry friends. I've had a week that kicked my rear. I'm doing my best to catch up, and try to have a post up by the end of today (Wednesday). I just wanted to let my games know I'm alive and kicking the week back as best I can.

My postings wont change much except I'm forced to work from home which I find harder than being at my workplace, but we have to do what we can since most of Denmark is closed anyway.
I already work from home, so little has changed for me... it was an adjustment, though, so I know what you all are going through.
I'll have more time on my hands; I work in educations and all the schools around here are closed.

Thanks for the patients folks and I hope you are all healthy. I am going to try and get thing going again. Hopefully I have managed to get back into as much of a routine as I can with my entire staff laid off.
Right now most of my day is spent coming up with ways to get the town ready to come out of this thing. I, along with three other groups, are trying to collect makes, gloves and hand sanitizer to give local shops and restaurants a three month supply when things start back up.
Remember shopping local when you can is the biggest things you can do to support the community and your neighbors.

Does anyone have any ideas of something useful I can do as a bard combatwise?
I feel a little like, once I've used my buffs, I don't have many options to contribute anything afterwards. Except those few times where I can use a debuff spell or illusion.
You could always get a ranged weapon. It won't hurt anything if you miss. You might get a 20. That's what I usually do with characters who buff or debuff.
Hmm not a bad idea, maybe a quick 1 level-dip into Mysterious Stranger would be beneficial for me

Yeah that was what I was thinking, we have found a fair amount of guns, and I might have a chance to hit something with a gun rather than a crossbow :p
Pistolero five levels is always a solid choice. Most pathfinder maps are so small the range doesn't hurt you.
I know the pistolero well I got a PFS one with 5 gunslinger/5 Inquisitor. However I don't have any wisdom, so I would have to go Mysterious stranger or one of the swashbuckler firearm archtypes to have any grit/panacha to work with.

I am so sorry guys. I am getting my ass kicked at work trying to do budget for next year. A big part of that is deciding which staff members are going to be cut so my stomach for coming on and posting has been very low. All this will be over by the end of this week I think.
