Background:
Vedia Merenda is a metal wizard. Her main interest is metals so she's traveled to Numeria to study the ruins there. She's fascinated by the technological ruins of Numeria. That’s why she has a problem with the Technic League. She’s taking it personally that they want to keep technology for themselves. This is unacceptable to her. She’s Taldan, and has every right to study anything she chooses to.

Vedina is a fragile looking blond human. Who wears dark clothing well suited to climbing through ruins, and poking around piles of old metals. When she’s not digging around in any ruins she can locate around Torch, she spends her time talking to the dwarves of Torch about the properties of skymetal and how that might used in arcane ways.

She’s been in Torch just a few months.
