Posting up the discussion thread for now to allow both of us to get some ideas down on paper. I will also need to go through a few things with you as I think of them.
You will need to keep track of loot and you will be the one dividing it up amongst your NPC's (when you get your own crew)

Norbin Stormshield - Dwarven Shipwright
Mierra Jayde - Priestess of Calistra
There will also be the standard set of Skull and Shackles NPC's
