Jarreck, bringing the ceiling down would require a massive amount of damage... not individual shots. The Hardness alone is 10. Also, the pistols ARE dealing damage, but the Colour is incorporeal so its 1/2. EDIT: However if you want to distract the creature or otherwise hamper it with your shots, then we can do that instead of dealing damage.

Mort was being sucked dry, so Seventeen risked ignoring the alien longer to deal with the irrationality angry insect. Whispering something spidery that slides past you, rather than registering meaning, she summons another pair of spiky force orbs. She throws both at the insect, and they impact with astonishing force! She casts battering blast, 3/6 level 3 spells used.

@Mort At this point in the campaign when you guys have 10+ buffs going at a time its each person's responsibility to keep that up to date in spoilers. It already takes me like 35-40 minutes to make a combat post, if I had to go back and figure out stats I'd never get to post. However, since its a simple HP fix I'll add 16HP back to Jarreck. Mort you are also taking continuous bleeding damage so any spell you cast you have to beat a 10+1/2damage+spell level DC concentration check. @Guaire Sorry, my description was misleading. You ARE indeed dealing damage since the bow is magical, as is the Azata. It's just 1/2 damage due to Incorporeal.

Round 5

She calculated the odds and decided to risk the force blast, even if it was hard to hit the right spot... Seeing a subtle shift in the creature as the last shot from his pistol does nothing and his last Arc grenade passing away as well. Jarreck holsters the pistol and draws his bow backing away to study the creature for a moment.

tough joker, at least 4 Arc grenades, 3 from Jarreck and at least 1 from Isuma. Can't speak to Steven's force effects

As the room darkens with the COS's ?demise? Jarreck's tattoo's keep a small area lit around him. Then with a bit of trepidation Jarreck lights a torch, moves over to the hole in the floor and looks in. If he is unable to see the bottom he'll use his rope to lower his hooded lantern to the bottom.

Jarreck guesses that the hole is about 50' deep. The light of his torch doesn't penetrate that deep, but his low light vision allows him to barely see the bottom.

Jarreck rappels down into the hole, which is formed from the gravel pit above. The gritty grey stone below is almost colorless, and after a moment of searching Jarreck finds the corpse.

It looks like the partially preserved corpse of a half orc. On his sleeve is a badge of rank that Jarreck instantly recognizes as belonging to the Technic League. The corpse looks as drained of color as the surroundings.

Climbing back up, Jarreck re-joins the others. "Nearly stepped on the guy down there, that thing ate the color from everything, but the Technic League was here. " Presenting the insignia "I didn't find the robojack unless it was implanted in the orc."

Or not. I just checked it out, the robot gets a DC 14 will save throw to resist a 'link' and then another one to ignore a suggestion. That feels rather low.

She flips through the spell book and mutters, "Interesting..."

OK what now? Do we explore more of the cave? Or is it time to fight the dominion?

Jarreck moves into the nearby cave and sees

This chamber is empty save for four heaps of what appears to be discarded clothing and armor, strewn out on the cave floor as if the people who'd worn it had simply laid down and evaporated away, leaving their gear behind.

LOOTS:
Upon closer inspection, swaths of gray ash fill these clothes. These fragments are all that remains of the rest of the Technic League team led by Therace-the robes and clothing all bear the insignia of the Technic League. A further search among the disintegrated bodies reveals a metal tube containing three scrolls (wall of fire, obsidian
flow, and water breathing), a glass vial containing an elixir
of copper dragon breath, a flashlight, a pair of veemod goggles with a green veemod installed, and a skillslot with a mark III Acrobatics skillchip still installed.

As a scout of course wasn't sure if it would work but appears Jarreck's bonuses are racial and moral for perception, IT would set Jarreck's perception base at +27
