Omo fires his crossbow nearly striking Vrek!

Unperturbed by her earlier miss, Seventeen works like an automaton to respan her crossbow and then she drops down to one knee to get a steady aim. She sights the mechanoid, squeezes the trigger and scores a direct hit!

Grippers are powerful, long-handled tools that resemble a blacksmith's tongs. Once they're set, they can be locked into place to grip an object. Used when attempting to pry open a stuck object (in a manner similar to the use of a crowbar), grippers grant a +2 circumstance bonus on Strength checks. When used to attach two devices, a set of grippers holds on with an effective Strength score of 24. Applying grippers to a creature and then locking the grippers to crush flesh and bone is a standard action that provokes an attack of opportunity and also requires a successful melee attack with an improvised weapon. Once locked, the grippers deal 1d4+7 points of damage.

An e-pick (short for "electronic lock pick") is a small device that can be used to unlock and disable electronic locks and devices, much in the same way that a set of thieves' tools can be used to dismantle mechanical locks and devices. Brown e-picks allow a user to make Disable Device checks against electronic devices without penalty; those of higher ratings also grant a competence bonus. It is a black E-Pick so it grants a +1 bonus to unlocking technological locks. It doesn't currently have a battery however.
There's no secret door, thats a trick of the map I guess, the only doors are the one sef went through and the one to the south.

"Looking at the door over there it appears to be in pretty bad shape. Think we might be able to pry it open with these?" Indicating the grippers.
Did we apply a second dose to Vrek? If we hang out till he's positive (4hrs I think) your water breathing will be shot.

that question was never answered above, I'm thinking the potion does no help during the fight where as the barbarian on his feet does :-) no napping next time Vrek.

Abruptly as usual, Seventeen announces, "Enough searching for junk, Sef ran off somewhere. We need him, or we're likely to get a dagger in the back. I think he went this way..."
Seventeen motions to the eastern doors and waits for everyone to follow.

Jarreck applies the potion to Vrek to get the big man back on his feet. Then tosses the other potion to Mort. "Your looking a little rough yourself my friend." He says with a smile.
Understanding Seven wanting to move on and curious as to what happened to Sef as well. Jarreck moves over to the door and checks out the next room.

He stands slowly, "I apologize for my less than lack luster performance in the last battle."

"Fair enough" seemed like it would fit nicely on the bandolier and make for easy access during combat if needed.
Jarreck will ease into the room for a closer inspection of one of the devices. Avoiding standing directly in front of the nozzle-like protrusions. Also trying not to damage any tracks located.
