Everyone is at full HP; indeed Z would have patched up before her departure, and if not the town council would have made sure that the Pharasmans in town would have taken care of you. But, you're right on the day - Gur wouldn't have let you take another day before returning.

Damage should be one less if it is not an undead..
Gur, that damage mod is +12, right?
+6 strong. Doubled for single attack because of archetype. +1 weapon. +6 power attack. +2 weapon specialization. 21. 22 if the thing is undead because of trait.
It was plus 12 back at first level. I forgot to fix that on my sheet.
