I was also thinking a numbers game - after all, an AP designed for 4 with 9 PCs requires a bit of a number jump.
I do like how you combined the majority of the cultist's outpost encounters into one big fight - that felt very appropriate.

So, once our NPCs chime in, I'm thinking the order we do should be Horgus's manor, Blackwing Library, and then reuniting Anevia with Irabeth. Horgus first because Balthasar told him that he would get him home first once they got to the surface as a means of asking him to not complain about the mongrelmen aid we received.
Plus if anyone's gonna have supplies lying around, it's him.

I'm going to be leaving on a two week vacation at the end of the week. I may be able to post sporadically from my phone while I'm gone, but feel free to bot me. I'll be back around the 1st of May.

Life comes first. I totally understand.
It is a shame, though. I think the dynamic between Zoranda and Balthasar would have been very interesting to play off of.

Lol, if you want to disappear Zora since she is leaving this would be a good time to do it. Disappeared while we are all distracted, hopefully to reappear later having been kidnapped by demons while we weren't looking. Good party growth moment with the loveable blob of gnawing teeth. Otherwise Bitey is just overreacting and looks like a fool... either is fine.

If you want, you can make up whatever feels right for Mendev. It doesn't have to be based on actual, real-world military law. I just know that Iomedae isn't big on executing captives without good reason.
