I was also thinking a numbers game - after all, an AP designed for 4 with 9 PCs requires a bit of a number jump.

I do like how you combined the majority of the cultist's outpost encounters into one big fight - that felt very appropriate.

So, once our NPCs chime in, I'm thinking the order we do should be Horgus's manor, Blackwing Library, and then reuniting Anevia with Irabeth. Horgus first because Balthasar told him that he would get him home first once they got to the surface as a means of asking him to not complain about the mongrelmen aid we received.

Plus if anyone's gonna have supplies lying around, it's him.
