Correct, you are. Curse you, reading comprehension! Something that provokes AoOs, requires both a touch attack AND a failed save didn't seem like something that required a helpless target on that laundry list of requirements. I can roll with it, though. Nigel is stuck up, enough. You won't need a Remove Disease.
