The Pathfinders move on to the next target after healing up from their attack on the Secure Market. The group spots Buri Buri-Ban, as promised, at the Fetching Fan café on Sengali Square. He doesn’t seem to see the Pathfinders, the moment they see him he stands and retrieves a
potion out of his waist-sash. As he drains the potion he
begins running, package in hand. By the time he’s taken
three steps across the square, he’s already invisible.

Zartrel: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Jagged Stone, Aetherys and Dvalin notice puffs of dust kicked up by his haste which point toward the nearby refinery. It seems Buri Buri-Ban is running across the square and into the Jenji Combine Sianti Refinery. Shortly afterward a passerby in front of the refinery is knocked off of his feet by an invisible force.
The refinery is a two-story building with no windows. It looks well and frugally made, and the only decoration consists of the name painted above the door and a stark sign by the entrance
For those who don’t read Kelish there is a helpful icon of a stylized flame with an X through it.
The refinery is a large square space, 100 feet on a side, and is used for refining Sianti chaff into the extremely potent and fairly valuable spice of the same name. The room is full of spice vats, wooden stairways and catwalks; chains and rope hang from elaborate pulley systems and the lamps are continual flames completely enclosed in glass globes. The refining process creates a
tremendous amount of dust which is constantly settling on everything and swirling around as the refiners go about their work. As the Pathfinders give chase and approach the main door, they see a ripple in the dust moving across the refinery floor 20 feet from the main entrance.

Zartrel: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12

The group hears loud sneezing and sees the rippling in the dust explode into large clouds. Nearby workers look extremely put off by this invisible force creating a spice cloud. The cloud seems to move around a nearby corner.
If you enter the refinery, you must make a Fortitude save.

I am just going to say you can't get past the workers without an Acrobatics as they are actively working to keep you from moving into the factory. If you are successful, then you will end up in the location I just moved you to and if you aren't successful, then you will be caught up in the workers and Pathfinders.

When did the workers act? I didn't see them in the initiative order. Can they do more than a standard action as a ready action? To grapple Aetherys they would have to move to her, then a standard action to initiate the grapple.

It's written weirdly. I don't have worker stat blocks, just Grapple scores. As written, they don't really fit into Initiative. Six of them are just supposed to try and grapple you and force you out of the factory if you enter (visibly). Hmm... I guess I can bring them up at Init 0. That will work just as well.
Zartrel and Skivane are unsure what to do and are caught off guard by the yelling of the workers. Hold Action
As Aetherys, Jagged Stone and Xerance move into the factory, they are accosted by the workers trying to usher them out of the factory forcibly. Three of the workers grab Aetherys and three other workers grab Jagged Stone. Xerance is able to avoid any of the workers' hands.
Buri-Buri moves deeper into the factory, trying to avoid the Pathfinders as they get caught up in the workers.

Are there any other clear entrances or exits in the factory? The map only shows one to the north

Zartrel and Skivane each see their companion sneezing continuously and take it upon themselves to wrap their cloaks around their faces as they set out to move into the factory.
1st round wrapping cloaks around mouth and nose
2nd round move into factory

I don't know if covering your face has any modifiers or not.
