This is the recruitment thread for the above scenarios. You need not have played part 1 and 2 to understand or enjoy this story. I will give a background on the past events that lead to this moment in time in the gameplay. We will be playing this in standard mode.

Because this is one of the earlier scenario's written for four players. We will be playing this in tier 1-4 for 6 players. i.e. 3 level 1-2 players and 3 level 3-4 players playing it at tier 3-4.

Two spots are already taken by: GM Emmjay (level 1-2) and GM Granta (Any level)

The last spots are up for grabs, lottery is my go to choice for selection, but I may make an exception for one or two cases. I will close recruitment on Friday.

I have played parts 1 and 2 awhile ago but not 3 and 4.
I have a character with 2 xp who I haven't nailed down what class I want it to be, Probably Pei Zin Practitioner though.

Mūn would be available for these. He would be level 3 for both scenarios.

I've not played this setting before, so is there anything to keep in mind while creating characters? I would like to join though, I was thinking on playing an arcanist, but could do something diferent as well if someone else is already playing it...

Hi! I'm GM Emmjay's Hawk Companion!

Hi. I'm an avid PFS player but I have never tried PbP before. I'd love to join this adventure and bring along a brand new character.

My options are:

• Gunslinger 1 (needs finishing touches)
  
• Brawler 2
  
• Skald 3
  
• Investigator 4
  
• Rogue 4

New character (level 1). Never played these chronicles, and I am relatively new to PFS. Very keen to play Dusk, but am also on waiting list of another PbP. I can create a new character for this campaign if Dusk is picked for other one first.

Hey. I am a new PFS player, with a fair bit of experience both 3.5 and pbp.

I have done a couple of 4 hour tables in RL, and mostly have the swing of things for character creation, etc. I am sure that I am still missing some things.

Either way, I don't have enough time in my every day life to catch many F2F games and am hoping to get my "fix" on pbp

I currently have 3 characters built:

LvL 1.2 Ranged inquisitor (locked into a F2F right now)
Lvl 1.0 Paladin (Reach/AOO build)
Lvl 1.0 Swashbuckler

A word of warning: PFS isn't very friendly to large mounts. They often get left outside at best, and combats in open spaces are rare.

Hey GM Batpony, I'd love to get in on this game. I got the Spellslinger boon and threw some GM credit to get him up to level 2 so he wouldn't die right away, so I'm super excited to give him a try and throw my hat in the ring.

I was thinking Gnome Cavalier to offset just that.

I'm still learning the PFS ropes, but Nadric here is an archaeologist bard who just finished his first assignment and would be quite eager to join you for this one as well, if Lady Fortune will favor him in the lottery.

On my count, we seem to have 11, and quite a few new players. I for one try not to turn away from new players since It was the same kindness from another GM that let me into this hobby.

Hence I'm leaning towards opening two tables, one with all the newer players and one will the old timers. That sound alright? Start date will be next Monday.

I am good. I however will be playing a different character as Dusk has been recruited into another chronicle. Human Unchained Rogue is what I have built. I am willing to change if we have overlap of skills.

No objections to the split. Though I'm still not 100% sure what I want to play. The last character I made was a lunar oracle so maybe it is too soon for another oracle. There is a weird skald build I've been considering...
