You open the door to look into a L-shaped corridor, wary of your surroundings you carefully make your way through it to discover a pit trap and I'm assuming do some more carpentry work with ripping doors from hinges and making a sort of bridge to reach the other side where you notice yet another secret door.
The door on the west side is closed, the secret door seems unlocked and the one on the north-east side is slightly ajar...all 3 don't seem to be trapped
Looking through the door that's slightly ajar you can see it's held open by jagged chunks of masonry placed as doorstops.
Behind it you see;
This large room has a wide hole in the center of its floor. A heavy, welded steel ladder descends straight down from the lip of this
shaft. The extent and depth of the space below are concealed behind the many crisscrossing, whitish-gray spider webs filling the pit.
In case/After you open the door further and can get a better look of the whole room.
Which room do you want to enter now? Try to get through the closed door? Go for the secret door? or enter the webfilled room? (Or do something else?)

Gunnar steps forward and opens the door just a bit to get a better look but his senses begin to tingle and he notices there is some form of large predator waiting for them inside.
Stand back I sniff danger...

As Gunnar mentions sniffing danger the form he saw in the web starts to move...it's a spider the size of a large dog.Its crimson eyes glitter with malign intelligence, it's like it understood what Gunnar was saying
Anyone who enters a square of moon spider web must succeed at a Reflex save (DC 13) or become entangled. If you are already entangled when entering a(nother) square, you need to save again or become grabbed

Sera frowns. "Stay in the hall." she whispers. "Can anyone cast spark, or have a torch? Burn the spider's web and it spreads... We can wait out here. I guarantee they won't want to stay in the fire for long..."
What? Paladins can have legitimate battle tactics. Lawful Good does not mean Lawful Nice

Now also counts as grappled
A grappled creature cannot use Stealth to hide from the creature grappling it, even if a special ability, such as hide in plain sight, would normally allow it to do so. If a grappled creature becomes invisible, through a spell or other ability, it gains a +2 circumstance bonus on its CMD to avoid being grappled, but receives no other benefit.

Sera steps into the room and swings at one of the spiders, cutting of a few legs.
As far as I can tell it can be effected by your spell, it's not a vermin so not immune to mind affecting and it does understand you
Chaul casts a spell on the other one red
will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
which gets a murderous gleam in it's eyes
Barely avoiding getting stuck himself Ss'alat casts a Daze (DC 15) spell on the spider Sera did not attack (red) to befuddle it for his friends
Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Since it's been a day..moving things forward
Novid and Gunnar attempt to make themselves appears as unattractive targets (fully defensive)
One of the spiders just stands there dazed..the murderous gleam in it's eyes slowly dissipating
The other spiders twitches a few of it's remaining legs a bit
Concentration; cast on the defensive: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
and manages to change into an insubstantial, misty, and translucent grey cloud of mist and starts to drift away from you guys towards one of the doors and begins to flow through the gap between the doorway and the door.

Sera attacks the fog and slices through it, the wind blowing the fog apart (even with the damage reduction..that's enough to bring the spider down)
Ss'alat now having no target for his intended daze spell does something else (going for full defensive for now since it doesn't matter a lot at the moment)
sera takes a step forward and swings at the next spider, but her swings get's caught in a few webs and doesn't make it all the way to the spider (doesn't hit AC)
Chaul delays his action (since delay doesn't do anything, I'll just assume he went fully on the defensive)
Gunnar steps into the chamber and swings his hammer Not sure why'd provoke moving to that square...and since it's a choice to take an AAO I'll just don't take it
but badly misses his intended target
@Novid, I can't find a clear enough answer to that..to get out of a grapple it CMB/opposed grapple ...but since it's also still a web..you could break the web..and I assume that would stop the grapple as well
Novid breaks free from the web that was holding him
The spider takes a step back from all of you and spits some web at Sera

Unless you have quick draw or drop the scimitar, that's one more action then you have this round..but since you didn't do anything last round I'm fine with assuming you stowed your weapon last round

Gunnar grows to large size and almost all of his bulk is now above a very, very deep pit. The sense of vertigo from looking down is throwing of his sense of balance and he misses with his swing at the spider
Not sure you can even stand there, it's less then half a square for a normal sized individual, I think you'd be tip-toeing just to avoid falling into the hole
Ss'alat will cast Unprepared Combatant (DC 16) on the remaining spider.
Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 which seems to slow down a bit
Chancing it initiative won't do much at this point in the combat, the penalty to reflex saves might help though

With some careful maneuvering and/or the addition of some open flame/cutting weapon you manage to clear your way through the webs to explore the room
The steel ladder is set securely into the floor and ceiling but can’t be used until the webs have been cleared away.
Before climbing down the ladder you decide to investigate the areas on this level you haven't been to yet and discover that behind some secret doors is a small, empty room.
And behind 3 doors you hadn't opened yet is a T-shaped intersection, which connect those 3 doors to each other.
Confident that you've explored behind every door you encountered you decide to see where the ladder leads.
The ladder’s shaft ends in a wide staircase descending into darkness. On the floor at the top of the stairs, a dead moon spider lies on its back, its legs drawn up and frozen in a curled-in position. An unpleasant rotting reek emanates from a sunken hole in its belly.
This moon spider was killed some days ago. Intruders hacked at its
underside with swords, trying to find treasure they knew the spider had swallowed, but they eventually abandoned the sticky, unpleasant
task and moved on. Three bloodstones worth 50 gp each remain in the spider’s innards for you recover.
The wide stone steps descend for 90 feet deeper into The Emerald Spire.
Congratulations, you've successfully survived another level of the Emerald Spire

"We should look inside those other moon spiders, if one had something inside it, so may the others.." suggests Chaul.
