Deck of Worlds Digital Download Problem - Starfinder

I bought the Deck of Worlds digitally, but it doesn't seem to include the card or manual with the instructions like in the other Digital Decks. For example, on the Digital version of the Critical Fumble Deck, it includes the Digital Instructions and Open Game License Information. The physical deck has 6 separate cards for this function and definitely should be included in the download.
