To be fair, he has a right to be. I will ask that it not escalate further, though. If you have to, have one of your characters storm off in a huff, but try not to resort to rolling attacks, please.

I'll admit, I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do here. I really have a hard time with player conflict. I had a few clever ideas for how to cover up what we're doing here, but none of it works with the player characters working directly against each other.
Arguments aside about whether we should be harassing this individual or not, is there a world where the dwarf and the elf actually cooperate as part of a cohesive party at this rate?
I'm really, really, really against PVP action of any kind and really would prefer an OOC discussion before we start attacking or calling guards on each other.
As a side note, are drow not known about in the setting? In most settings there is severe racism against them and this situation could easily be spun as capturing a dangerous enemy.
Regardless of the outcome, after all this I see Logram and Grimlak being able to mend fences over a drink.
I'd say they are rare enough to warrant the need for a roll. A DC 10 Knowledge(Local) roll will let you ID them.

I want to apologize if this little interlude before we officially dive into the adventure is causing some undo friction. My intent wasn't to cause irreparable damage to party cohesion. If you guys feel that your characters can't work together, we can work something out. I just wanted you to know that I while I was going with the flow, I wasn't trying to cause any major disruptions to the group.
No worries here. Legolas and Gimli didn't start off on the right foot either and it turned out ok.
EDIT: Also, if Grimlak has done irreparable damage to his relationship with Logram I don't mind changing PCs. I always have a couple of ideas running around my head.

There seems to have been a bit of a slowdown. I know that's partly my fault, but I want to make this work as much as you guys do. Be honest with me. Are you guys okay with the pace? Do I need to go faster? Slower? Has the game lost its luster? Do you want to continue? Should we just cut our losses?

I don't mind RP at all. I actually like taking a little time to build out my characters. That and banter are things that I really enjoy while playing.
Oh, absolutely. It's just that two of us had a chance to go deep and far immediately. Makes the story richer, but I don't want to be a "ball hog."
I am still recovering from moving and have a lot of drama in my life. A friend is fostering her niece and I lost my live table, almost lost a PbP table over the weekend too. Fast pace games, meaning multiple post a day are to fast for me. The pace is fine by me.
Also if it seems like you are being a ball hog I will say something. When it makes sense for the story I have never had any issue with the spotlight being on others besides myself.
PbP can allow for a lot of RP and that is why I game so I am always down for that :)
Completely up to you if you want to RP the interaction with the guards. They'll fine both of Logram and Grimlak 25 gold each and let them go with a stern warning about causing a ruckus and assaulting the town's folk. I'm going to be having Alfgeir bow out here until his player returns. With that, we'll pick up with you guys heading out, unless Runia wants a scene dealing with what she's been up. I'll give everyone until Monday to decide.

I think it's safe to say that Grimlak isn't paying attention, or has fallen off the face of the boards.
I guess I'll have to chalk this one up to a learning experience. Honestly, I've been refocusing my priorities and trying to breath new life into this isn't high on the list. Speaking form experience, it's hard to get a game's tempo back up once it's slowed down, even if everyone wants to continue.
