Accelerated Drinker: drink potions as a move action.

Darkvision: see perfectly in the dark up to 60 feet.
Deep Warrior: +2 dodge bonus to AC against monsters of the aberration type and a +2 racial bonus on combat maneuver checks made to grapple such creatures (or to continue a grapple). This racial trait replaces defensive training.

Hardy +2 racial bonus on saving throws against poison, spells, and spell-like abilities.
Improved Shield Bash: When you perform a shield bash, you may still apply the shield’s shield bonus to your AC.
Lorekeeper: +2 racial bonus on Knowledge (history) checks that pertain to dwarves or their enemies. They can make such skill checks untrained. This racial trait replaces greed.
Relentless: +2 bonus on combat maneuver checks made to bull rush or overrun an opponent while both the dwarf and his opponent are standing on the ground. This racial trait replaces stability.
Shield Master: You do not suffer any penalties on attack rolls made with a shield while you are wielding another weapon. Add your shield’s enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls made with the shield as if it were a weapon enhancement bonus.
Slow and Steady: base speed of 20 feet, but speed is never modified by armor or encumbrance.
Steel Soul: +4 racial bonus on saving throws against spells and spell-like abilities. This replaces the normal bonus from the dwarf’s hardy racial trait.
Stonecunning: +2 bonus on Perception checks to notice unusual stonework, such as traps and hidden doors located in stone walls or floors. They receive a check to notice such features whenever they pass within 10 feet of them, whether or not they are actively looking.
Studied Target: +2, Study an opponent he can see as a move action to gain a +1 bonus on Bluff, Knowledge, Perception, Sense Motive, and Survival checks attempted against that opponent, and a +1 bonus on weapon attack and damage rolls against it. The DCs of slayer class abilities against that opponent increase by 1. A slayer can only maintain these bonuses against one opponent at a time; these bonuses remain in effect until either the opponent is dead or the slayer studies a new target. If a slayer deals sneak attack damage to a target, he can study that target as an immediate action, allowing him to apply his studied target bonuses against that target (including to the normal weapon damage roll). At 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th levels, the bonuses on weapon attack rolls, damage rolls, and skill checks and to slayer DCs against a studied target increase by 1. In addition, at each such interval, the slayer is able to maintain these bonuses against an additional studied target at the same time. The slayer may discard this connection to a studied target as a free action, allowing him to study another target in its place. At 7th level, a slayer can study an opponent as a move or swift action.
Track A slayer adds 1/2 his level (minimum 1) to Survival skill checks made to follow tracks
Trapfinding: adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.
Trap Spotter: Whenever a rogue with this talent comes within 10 feet of a trap, she receives an immediate Perception skill check to notice the trap.
Two Weapon fighting (Ex) Your penalties on attack rolls for fighting with two weapons are reduced. The penalty for your primary hand lessens by 2 and the one for your off hand lessens by 6.
Weapon Familiarity: Dwarves are proficient with battleaxes, heavy picks, and warhammers, and treat any weapon with the word “dwarven” in its name as a martial weapon.
Xenophobic: –2 penalty on Diplomacy and Sense Motive checks made against creatures of a different race or from a different culture.

Background:
Some dwarves look deep underground, or to the high peaks, trying to unleash the earth’s secrets and hidden treasures. While others look to the forge for strength and enlightenment. Still others spend lifetimes hoarding gold, gems, and precious metals. Grimlak took a different path and spent his time distilling and brewing fine ales.

Grimlak grew up in the city of xxxx[ Add more here xxxx. His father, Khain, worked the forges in the dwarven city. While his father served Torag and believed that the forge was his life and that the forge embodied everything a dwarf should be. Grimlak, on the other hand, looked to amass wealth with the sale of his potent intoxicants. As he grew Grimlak spent less time with his father at the forge and more time brewing, distilling and selling spirits to his dwarven community. Grimlak took great joy in the fine taste of his brews as well as the pecuniary benefits of his gift. As a result Grimlak ignored his family’s tradition of worshiping Torag and with the heart of a merchant began to worship Abdar.

Often, Grimlak could be found trying a new recipe for an exotic brew hoping to increase his profit margins, and his quest for new recipes became an obsession. With great greed he set forth from his father’s hall in search of some recipes to add to his catalog of Ales, Beers, and Other Fine Brews. His journey began well as he traveled throughout the Klavekian Kingdoms. He searched the great libraries for lore on old brewing techniques and found a surprisingly fruity mead made by the Vikmordere barbarians. Following the leads he found Grimlak eventually found his way to the city of Iron Bay. Unfortunately, his time in the city met with one disaster after another. All it took was one bad batch of beer and accusations of trying to poison one of the merchant-lords of the city before Grimlak found himself low on coin and unable to have any business dealings within the city.

Desperate and down on his luck Grimlak teamed up with an elf and human who share his love for drink.

Personality:
Grimlak is stoic, but stern, and fiercely determined. As most of his race Grimlak is considered dour and arrogant but those who are close to him come to appreciate his wry sense of humor. He can be meticulous, especially when it comes to the care of his gear or making a contract. But he is also thoughtful and imaginative, willing to experiment. Grimlak is stubborn, courageous, and dedicated to seeing tasks through to completion. However, he is not fool hardy. Rather he is practical knowing it’s better to live, and fight another day, than to die in a hopeless cause. The grim dwarf has a passion for dwarven curses and ales.

Appearance:
Grimlak is squat and barrel shaped like most of his dwarven kin. He has a square block of a head, which sits on a thickly muscled neck. His dour face is framed by long snowy hair and a thick beard the same color, which is worn in three thick braids. His face appears to be chiseled from stone, with a large crooked nose being the most prominent landmark. Grimlak appears angry and brooding, with eyes like frozen pools, sitting beneath white bushy eyebrows. He is usually adorned in a mithral breastplate, with two war shields close at hand, while atop his head rests a dented helm. He wears a thick leather belt around his waist with an assortment of pouches attached to it and pack strapped to his back.
