[ooc]Well I might have something you could have gone anywhere but Dain wrote a name and I figured that is who he was talking about, you do kinda have a boss to report too about your findings.

Dain goes with Corgikata to make sure there are no attacks like what happened at the inn.

Mr. Dain Bramage has serious problems spelling Yorikata's name correctly. Maybe he is roleplaying his head condition :P And I'm pretty sure he meant to come along to not leave Yorikata go alone. And not Katrezra. But it was a nice detour. But Corgikata might consider retiring with Queen Elisabeth II once she is done with adventuring.

"You're a seer, aren't you?" Yorikata asks Katrezra. "Do any of your visions, you have seeen make more sense in the light of our findings?"

"If there is no more insight you can give us for now, I think we should report our findings to Captain Kurst." Yorikata suggests.

Lanneth waits to hear if any visions come out with a skeptical look on her face.
A Seer... These children don't remember what it was like when they really were around instead of just these charlatans.

"Did you find any evidence of a flood troll? I had a vision of one being so close to Trunau, an oddity for something so far from it's home." Katrezra asks

"Not that I know of. I've never seen a flood troll before though. But we heard that the ones who bound Othdan were only there at night, so we might encounter them."

"What can you tell us about flood trolls, in case we have to fight one?" Yorikata asks.

"They are smaller than a regular troll and tend to stay around running water." Katrezra coughs, "That is about all I know, I know they are still mean as their large cousins."

"Ok, thanks. I'll keep you informed if we find out something new. Bye." Yorikata tells and leaves to visit Kurst.

Her first guess about his whereabouts is the Longhouse.

What knowledge do we need to know about Flood Trolls? Lanneth would try to remember what she has heard about them and tell the others about how to kill them.

Lanneth follows her companion.

Kurst would be either out on patrol or at the Barracks. As you make your way towards the barracks you see a patrol coming in, the leader is Kurst who sees you and brakes off from the group.

"So what do you have for me?" Kurst looks slightly different than the last time you say him, less meek?

Yorikata repeats the story of what they found at the plague house to Kurst and what Othdan told them. "I can't make heads or tails of it. But obviously something is going on. Do you have an idea?"

"Rodrik just said he was looking into something, I guess we know that he found more than he could handle alone. I thank you for looking into this, tonight is Rodrik's Funeral and I have to go prepare for that." Kurst takes his leave and heads to the Barracks.

You have the rest of the afternoon to do as you wish

"I'm hungry. Can we go to get something to eat?" Yorikata asks Lanneth.

Once there is the possibility to have kind of private conversation she inquires "I appreciate you setting some rules for us not having to share a room with the men. But how in the world would you come up with the idea that I would... with Balder - or at all?" with a side glance at Balder. She blushes with embarrassment, even without saying it.

Lanneth laughs
I didn't really think that the two of you would keep me up. But since I took that position, it gives us a private room for as long as needed. We can use that excuse for as long as needed to keep the Men from seeing how you sleep.

Then she continues with a smile.
Plus, why not? It's not like giving the Savored sting a periodic offering to keep in her good standing is all that onerous. Your both young, he's reasonably good looking and you may even enjoy it.

Yorikata puts her fingers in her ears. "Lalalalala, can't hear you!"

Lanneth falls back against the wall laughing at Yorikata so hard she can barely stand up.

Yorikata is not really interested in pleasing the elven goddess of lust. "I'd rather dance under the stars." she replies and sticks her tongue out at Lanneth.

Why restrict yourself to one god? Any of them can cause you to have a bad day. Why not make honor them all sometimes so none of them look badly on you?

And yes, I have danced a number of times under the stars and Mother Moon.

Well I believe we should wait for whoever used the Plague House as a lair and see if they had anything to do with the attacks on ourselves in town. No disrespect intended at all, but hauling in the killers should be what we are doing.

"You have to draw the line somewhere. You're for sure not trying to please all the - it's twelve gods isn't it? And some of them so horrible, that worship is outright forbidden."

"Not that I want to." she adds, blushing again, for having by accident touched the uncomfortable topic again.

"We all worship in our own ways," he says raising the small figure he is working on "and identify with the different gods personally." He pauses for a moment before continuing, "Besides if you wanted to appease them all you wouldn't have any time for actual living. You would be too busy with drunken singing, balancing scales, or gardening to actually get around to much. With Torag and Shelyn you at least get something done."

"You worship Torag? That's the dwarven deity isn't it?" Yorikata wonders.

"The god of the forge, Father of Creation, and the head of the Dwarven Pantheon, yes. I follow the teachings of both him and Shelyn, where I can."

"So Torag is not only god of Dwarves but of short and sturdy people in general?" Yorikata wonders.

"My family has lived with the dwarves in the hills for generations. Torag preaches creation, smithing, protection, family. He teaches us to value our labors, and to ensure we work with a plan. He teaches us to protect our people, and to be a pillar of the community." Gran't' explains, "He is a god for all."

"Oh." Yorikata voices her surprise.

Supper is served as the afternoon turns to evening, people start to gather in the Commons, as some members of the town arrive the Guard are there to turn them away.

"We will have to delay the funeral till tomorrow at this time we are not ready for the ceremony." Kurst tells people.

Lanneth motions the rest of the group over to her then approaches the captain.

Assuming Kurst steps away to talk to them Lanneth softly says so only their group and Kurst can hear.

Dain is about to get back to his ale and ale dinner when something in Kurst's voice makes him hesitate. But seeing Lanneth has things well in hand, he goes back to his ale glazed ale.

Yorikata is glad that something interrupts the awkward silence.

But she is not glad, that it's more problems.

Kurst moves to the side with the group.

"My father and Omast have issues with Brinya attending the funeral and being given the hope knife being given to her since she is a half orc." Kurst says quietly

"She didn't want the hope knife anyway." Yorikata blurts out.

She wanted the actual hope knife that you guys found, is part of the town when someone dies their lover or family gets the hopeknife.

"She may not have wanted it then but she appeared to want it now, it is a Tradition in this town. " Kurst responds, "What are your plans for tonight?"

"Visiting the plague house again and see who shows up." Yorikata replies.

Balder leans with one elbow against the wall and leans in. "Whatcha need from us?"

"Who are you expecting to show up?" Kurst replies, turning to Balder "I just need some time to deal with my father, if you continue to investigate that will help me in the long run."

There was evidence that several unknown people were using the plague house as a hideout. A boy we rescued there said they come in the evening and so we want to spring an ambush.

Balder pats his mace as a wicked smile crosses his face. "Need ta pay some folks back for the ambush they set on us. I don't take kindly to getting stabbed in my sleep."

"Where are we hiding ourselves while waiting for the evildoers? Also I need to go shopping. For another sunrod and some other supplies." Yorikata tells.

I can help hide our tracks and then we leap out after they get down a ways.

From the look of the sun you figure you have about 1 hour till darkness descends upon the town, from where you are in the city it will take you about 20 minutes or so to reach the Plague house, which leaves you 30 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to finalize and be quiet.

Yorikata excuses herself to go shopping at the That ’n’ Such, to buy a sunrod and two grooming kits.

Yorikata gets her things, "What are the grooming kids for may I ask Miss?" The female shop owner asks

Yorikata looks puzzled at Mrs. Meeson. "To tidy myself up in the morning."

Lanneth tries to gather her companions and head to the plague house.

Yorikata follows Lanneth. Halfway she changes to balder and hands him one of the the pouches she bought. "Here for you." she tells with a wide smile.
